Historical and archaeological evidence show that there were crocodiles and elephants in ancient Palestine. Are they mentioned in the Bible and what were they called?

They weren't called behemoth and leviathan. Behemoth moved his tail like a cedar, and no elephant does that. Leviathan breathed fire, and no crocodile does that. They both sound like dinosaurs.

Leviathan: In Job 41, Leviathan is described as a formidable, powerful, and dangerous creature with
a fearsome appearance and immense strength. Some translations render "Leviathan" as "crocodile".

Tanin:
In Genesis 1:21, "Tanin" is mentioned as one of the creatures God created in the sea. The Hebrew word "tanin"
can also refer to a serpent or a dragon, and some scholars believe it may have been a term for Nile crocodiles.

Some translations of Leviticus 11:30 list the crocodile among other unclean animals.

There is very interesting stuff about these creatures in the extra-biblical writings. I wouldn't call them trustworthy, but I remember one writing saying that Leviathan will be eaten by people during the kingdom.

Did a search of the two, and, apparently, there is no distinct agreement on what the two actually are other than they were created by God. IMO, no man knows for certain what each was...

(just saying)

Leviathan was in the garden.

Isa 27:1 In that day the LORD with his sore and great and strong sword shall punish leviathan the piercing serpent, even leviathan that crooked serpent; and he shall slay the dragon that is in the sea.

We see in the book of Job a whole chapter that is devoted to Leviathan. God asked Job if he was going to take him for a servant forever. An eternal contract with Satan. Satan beholds all high things. Satan is the king over all the children of pride.

Rev 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

The Trinity of Satan. Rev 16:13 And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. (The dragon/the beast/and the false prophet.)

Satan desires to exalt himself above God. Satan to has a trinity, but it is a false one.

The Behemoth is a powerful, grass-eating land beast described in the biblical Book of Job (Job 40:15-24). It's known for its immense size, strength, and ability to move its tail like a cedar tree.

I kinda believe this could be a brachiosaurus or brontosaurus because how God describes the tail. A cedar tree is massive.

Eze 31:3 Behold, the Assyrian was a cedar in Lebanon with fair branches, and with a shadowing shroud, and of an high stature; and his top was among the thick boughs.

Eze 31:9 I have made him fair by the multitude of his branches: so that all the trees of Eden, that were in the garden of God, envied him.

Job 40:15 Behold now behemoth, which I made with thee; he eateth grass as an ox.

Dan 4:25 That they shall drive thee from men, and thy dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field, and they shall make thee to eat grass as oxen, and they shall wet thee with the dew of heaven, and seven times shall pass over thee, till thou know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will.

Job 40:18 His bones are as strong pieces of brass; his bones are like bars of iron.

Dan 4:23 And whereas the king saw a watcher and an holy one coming down from heaven, and saying, Hew the tree down, and destroy it; yet leave the stump of the roots thereof in the earth, even with a band of iron and brass, in the tender grass of the field; and let it be wet with the dew of heaven, and let his portion be with the beasts of the field, till seven times pass over him;
