If you do not want that "white foamy stuff" on top of salmon, first rub top with sea salt.
Do not preheat oven. Put in cold oven - turn to 400 degrees - and check in 25 min. So very moist and delicious.
I like to top mine with dill weed, little olive oil or butter.
