People said have a kidney transplant life will be better. Health wise it is but I can’t find a new way forward

What caused the kidneys of those persons to malfunction?
Why is this the chosen option?
I've heard from people who were institutionally fed the institutional food and dehydrated, bed constrained tell me that they "had to get a transplant."
If their kidneys were shot because of the use of nephrotic damage from the institutional treatments, which includes foods and beverages, why would the next be any different?

These and more are questions that the patients should ask. They need addressed before the surgeon starts pressuring them for a new car and family vacation to the Bahamas. That's what they got into surgery for in most cases.
Not everyone is into surgery for the $. Doubtless there's no financial incentives and they are teaching their patients how to avoid the knife and dialysis with lots of those Drs.

If you are facing those pressures, my heart is with you. I will pray you find a way to recover completely.

I Don't know if there's any answers for this challenge here.
However, God does have all the answers. It may be an assumption that you are already born again, already walk with the Lord, etc. I certainly would plead with the Lord for the best help and continue to seek His answers. If you are indeed born again aka saved and do have many answered prayers as you walk with Him, then you can expect answers.
I John 5:13-14.

13These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. 14And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: 15And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.

For instance, most of my answers were given through others who were teaching from the premise that drugs don't heal, but God does through what He made. Others have been long time teaching physicians. .The Lord led me to them and provided the help I've received by His kindness.

Here's one example. Dr Daniels is likely oversimplifying the issue as she answers someone else's question. However, I know of people who are getting a sluggish fatty liver and damage to other organs because they are addicted to sugar beverages and no calorie sweetened soda pop. All of these sweeteners cause serious harm, just as an alcoholic. That's an addiction that needs to be overcome through ongoing counseling with a health coach IMHO. I admit to being the most biased person on the forum.
The changes need to be through daily behavioral decisions.

Drs usually "put you on"drugs and surgeries. There's not much they are qualified to address outside of those hospital/clinical protocols. "Put you on" is that which they do to those who subject themselves to the practices of those who practice medicine. Most of the public know of no other ways than to entrust these. If we educate ourselves as you are doing now with your question, then we can make informed decisions that are beyond the demands of a Dr who has much financial incentives and little to no knowledge outside their own institutional bias.
