A psalm for those who feel condemned for taking medication.
Dark nights of the soul,
pierced by an artificial smile.
Some say it's witchcraft,
haven't met her in a while.
Heavy clouds that hang around my soul,
like wet laundry on a rainy day.
Claustrophic fears, not far away from tears now,
feel hopeless some days.
You pierce the the darkness with Your love,
and rainbow eyes full of promise,
speak into the furthest reaches of my conscious.
I am become alive with the love of God,
Raised to life with a shout.
Hypnotized by real love.
