Hello all. Just looking for others who believe. No one in my circle does so it's kinda tough. I feel in this time of spiritual warfare it's nice to know others are fighting the good fight. Thanks for having me.
Greetings to you Luke. I am sorry you find yourself without fellowship. It is the real pandemic these days.

I hope you will find edifying fellowship here. May the LORD give you grace to be encouraged continually in Him and to endure to the end. :giggle:

Hi Luke777,
Know the feeling. My congregation is 4.5 hrs from me and my family is of a different faith. My daughters/son
-in-laws are not derogatory, but we just don't see eye to eye. It gets hard sometimes, but I have Yahweh/Yahshua on my side. Welcome and prayers for you

Go to church if you want in-person friends. I was in your situation until I went to church.

You are not alone!!!

1 Kings 19:14,18 KJV
And he said, I have been very jealous for the Lord God of hosts: because the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away.
[18] Yet I have left me seven thousand in Israel, all the knees which have not bowed unto Baal, and every mouth which hath not kissed him.

People's views of what spiritual warfare is really affect the quality of the company you find yourself in when that comes up. I've met both meditational and praying practitioners who think its's all a matter of what angels do, including the fallen angels, but I also know this one guy who quoted Saint Paul on principalities and powers without understanding what that meant in Paul's context. Poor Paul! He spent his life on trial in a Roman court, wherein principalities and powers literally meant states and laws. A principality is a place like Wales, and a power in that context is a written legislation. Like the War Powers Act, remember that argument?

Some of those Angel studies people are kind of strange, man. I mean, I fully understand that in Revelation, the Angels are of the churches and that the seven churches have locations by city, but if you've ever been there than you know that it can get weird.

God usually does send back up ... that's always been my battleplan opener. so I pray that God will send you someone.

Pound to a penny it will be someone that really cheeses you off ... watch out for that.

Nice to meet you and welcome to the fellowship at CC! Once you start posting you will make many new friends😊 God bless you and your family always!

Hi Luke, I agree. It is a bit tough when it comes to times of spiritual warfare. It's important to find support among people, if not in your church at least in some form of fellowship. I'm here for same. I'm going through a period where I am trying to find the right church. It's taking time...

from 2009 to 2016, i tried the churches in many different towns & came up with nothing! it's difficult to find a great preacher-teacher.

Karlon, Totally understand! I'm on the same path these days. I will say that a great "bridge" for you while you are in the process of selecting a place is linking up with a preacher/pastor/Bible scholar through video/audio that you can watch every week in lieu of your in-person attendance until the Holy Spirit leads you to the right place. For me, I consider Dr. Charles Stanley as my pastor. He was in Georgia. I don't live in Georgia, but I watched him faithfully on a weekly basis for many years and regularly logged in to his website, InTouch Ministries. I purchased a lot of his books as well. Loved him so much. (He passed away a few days ago.) I pray your efforts will yield you a wonderful church where you can grow in Christ!
