I go with whatever NPR says.
I saw an old socialist acquaintance the other day and I'm kicking myself for not having an NPR bumper sticker in hand and talking about global warming......oooopps I mean climate change.
I think Al Gore and his bestie, Saddam Hussein Obama, should take a stretch limo parade to West Virginia to tell our peoples that we should sacrifice our cars and air-conditioners to save the planet. Then they need to put 3 mile islands every 3 miles. Only then can there be enough power to run AI and take over the planet.

The local and state news all over is pushing for the huge output power stations. This is the coal state, and they don't even want to use coal.
Apparently supercomputers are a much bigger priority than people.
It all comes down to money in the pockets of politicians like billionaire Ron Justice.

I think that despite legitimate complaints people may have in USA, the country is still better than many other nations in regards to abundance.
This land is still blessed Bob so despite the endless cycle of greed, war, injustice and ideologies , the land is abundant to cater to millions of people with their choices and lifestyles.
Politicians will do what politicians do best in ANY nation. Lie, steal and cheat to fill their own pockets.
Very few might come with high ideals like “public service” and the systems chew them up and spit them out.
That’s why we focus High and give Cesar what belongs to the Cesar for here and now in this world.
