I love taking biscuits, placing them in a muffin pan like a pie crust. Than filling it up with layers, like rice or mash potato on the bottom. Meats and veggies next. I don't mix cheese with meat, myself..but can be done for cover. I was able to show a young mother of 5 children, to take $10.00 worth of product...and make around 68 stuffed muffins. Some could be eaten right away, but the rest could be frozen for on the go people. I also showed her that she could do the same for dessert, just sweeten it. This week, I am making something new. I slowly cooked roast beef in Dr. Pepper, and will be making a rice with Mango, Pineapple, and Coconut. The roast beef should taste wonderful placed on top of the rice in the biscuit, can not wait to enjoy it! Hope this helps those who are struggling financially!

Combination rice and mango remind me of mango sticky rice from Thailand.. yum yum >_<

You should NOT be cooking meat with soda..gross..go on youtube and see what the soda does to the meat.. yuck..

I do the same thing… putting biscuits in muffin pans. I make breakfast "muffins" from biscuits, sausage, egg, onion, green peppers, paprika and cheese. I freeze them after baking and then zap them in the microwave for breakfast.

I like rolls better than biscuits.. Never have cared much for biscuits..

Try these. You may come to love biscuits. They come frozen in a bag, and you can only bake one or two if you wish... and put the rest back in the freezer.
