I keep getting not authenticated when I try to log into the chat any ideas on whats going on ?

I recently saw the hands free button to be used in the chat room I clicked it and it said subscribe to use, which ok is fair enough, it got me thinking, why doesn't cc have an android and apple app to be able to use the chat on those devices but pay a monthly sub or a one off payment for that...
