About 7 apples About 3 lbs. carrots 2 beets handful of strawberries about 2 inch piece of ginger root. lemon juice Run it all through your juicer. Makes about 1/2 gallon. Refrigerate. For best taste, make sure to use it all within 48 hours. ENJOY!
