Should the church preach the gospel?

I understand your thought, but not one person in scripture is commanded to go to a local church to hear the gospel. The church is supposed to go out into the world and preach the gospel to unbelievers. Those who believe the preaching of the cross are to attend a local church assembly to grow...

Should the church preach the gospel?

I believe this is a good way to end most sermons, just in case you have people visiting who are not saved.

Should the church preach the gospel?

I believe the biblical method of sharing the gospel was demonstrated by Paul. Believers should share the gospel in public and house to house (privately). Acts 20: 20 And how I kept back nothing that was profitable unto you, but have shewed you, and have taught you publicly, and from house to...

Should the church preach the gospel?

I get what you are saying and our conversation among the lost goes a long way, but salvation comes through preaching the gospel. The preaching of the cross is where the power is unto salvation. Christians living as lights need to open our mouth and share the gospel.

Should the church preach the gospel?

Are the lost commanded to go to a local church to hear the gospel? Or do believers have a responsibility to go out into the world and preach the gospel and bring those that believe into the local assembly to be discipled and equipped in the word of God?

Should the church preach the gospel?

Should the local church preach the gospel to its congregation? The gospel of Jesus Christ is how he died for our sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day. Shouldn't those in the local assembly already have this checked off? Isn't church about equipping the saints through the preaching...

Do protestants have a reasonable non-Roman-Catholic explanation for John 20:22-23?

Baptists are certainly not protestants. They did not come out of the reformation. There was always a remnant of believers, aka the anabaptists. I'm really surprised you didn't know this.

I'm neither Catholic nor Protestant, but Baptist. I just wanted to say that.

Does Jesus save those who received grace and are without obedience to the faith?

Sure, and by an act of our will by following the flesh, we can also be disobedient to God.

Does Jesus save those who received grace and are without obedience to the faith?

Daily I war against the flesh. When I walk after the flesh, I sin. When I walk after the Spirit, I overcome sin. Thanks be to God that I have the righteousness of Jesus Christ. God looks upon me as righteous because his Son is righteous.

I live by the faith of Jesus Christ. Christ lives in me. If I do anything good, it is Christ in me that allows me to do the good.

Does Jesus save those who received grace and are without obedience to the faith?

Same chapter... Galatians 2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

Does Jesus save those who received grace and are without obedience to the faith?

The faith of Jesus Christ is what justifies the believer. His faith never wavered. He was completely obedient unto the Father, even unto death of the cross. Jesus has accomplished the work needed to justify us before his Father. Galatians 2:16 Knowing that a man is not justified by the works...

Does Jesus save those who received grace and are without obedience to the faith?

I would advise to look into the faith of Jesus Christ. The faith of Christ is imputed to the one who believes. It is God's righteousness.
