I'm getting a msg/pop-up just starting this week, that says 'you must wait 3 seconds to complete this action'. This happens before I've even posted anything and happens when I want to give a 'reaction' ie happy face, etc to a post. Is this something new?

For some reason the coloring changed on the heading on my CC page to maroon, my icon is missing/deleted, and when I try to post one of the 'like, friendly, funny etc' characters, they don't show. I may have accidentally tapped something that did this, idk. Anyone familiar with this?
