There seems to be a 'liquid' quality to the manifest presence of God. It seem to be absorbed into out entire being. Consider Moses when he decended the mountain with the stone tablets. His face was so bright with the glory (or presence) of God that the people covered his face so they could stand to be around him.
This presence compares better to oil than water. Water evaporates while this presence slowly fades like oil.

Also remember the dead robber that touched elisha's bones and came back to life. Elisha was the one who asked for a double portion of the Holy Spirit just before Elijah was taken to heaven. That double portion stayed with his bones well after he died.

The spiritual fire mentioned in this video is at least partly from rising into spiritual worship which reaches the manufest presence of God. That presence is absorbed iinto the worshiper. It is like oil rather than water (of the word). It will fade over time so a continued
filling is needed. But that part is easy to maintain because you'll be in God's presence to get renewed.
