They were not being mixed around. They were not being brought to a communal lunch or play games while coughing on each other. Nursing homes generally have private a room. Nurses can gown up treat them and deliver food at a safe distance for other patients.
Put them on cots in a high school gym I guess. Back then there were no COVID test. They went by symptoms that can be delayed or not there even if the person is contagious. I guess you could sent them on cruise lines, but you wouldn't stop anything. The only thing making sense is for them to go to back home and isolate themselves in their rooms.

2. HCQ had been used and proven for 50 years. It was both safe and effective against all viruses. It costs $0.10 per liter. In most cases a pint is all you would need. It has been proven to be effective if used as soon as you feel like you are getting sick. They could have used that, instead they mocked HCQ as though you were giving people bleach. They were describing the impact of putting 10,000 pills into a liter of water rather than 1. If you take 10,000 Tylenol that is will kill you, it was a horrible and inexcusable thing to do and say. They never used HCQ even though it was so safe it was sold at camping and outdoor stores, you don't need a prescription, anyone can buy it.
3. Ivermectin has also been proven to be very effective against all viruses, especially once you are sick and HCQ is less effective. However, they mocked this as being "horse dewormer". Ivermectin is effective against all single cell organisms and parasites. It works in animals and humans, the difference is the dosage. What a stupid and inexcusable thing to do and say.
4. So instead of going with three proven, safe and effective treatments that do not need a prescription, they mocked them, and instead prescribed Remdesvir and Ventilators for those in the ICU. It was almost 100% fatal.
