But something that is great with bitter melon is this is a fruit. Just make it part of your diet. I of course don't have bitter melon here, so I buy a supplment to try it. I will get that in about 2 days.
They said the long term effect of bitter melon is hunger suppression, weight loss. So it's saying it can last way more than 2 hours, but this is long term effect of the fruit.
