All are called (invited)
Most are not interested
A few seek
Some see a truth that can be trusted
Those who trust are chosen

Justice is not denied those who are not interested. Because the idea that those who are not chosen are tortured consciously for eternity may not be an accurate representation of truth.

The words of Jesus are clear:
Mat 22:14 KJV - 14 For many are called, but few [are] chosen.

Out of about 8 billion people how many do you think are a few?

or is it speaking of men like Moses and Abraham?

Gen 6:8, 13 KJV - 8 But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD. ... 13 And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.
Gen 7:1 KJV - 1 And the LORD said unto Noah, Come thou and all thy house into the ark; for thee have I seen righteous before me in this generation.

The Bible doesn’t specify the population of the earth before the flood but the percentage of people who were saved would likely be a very small number.

Jesus said some other things:
Luk 13:23-24 KJV - 23 Then said one unto him, Lord, are there few that be saved? And he said unto them, 24 Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.

1Pe 4:18 KJV - 18 And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?
2Pe 2:5 KJV - 5 And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth [person], a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;

1Jo 5:21 KJV - 21 Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen.

and through him [Jesus] to reconcile to himself [God the Father] all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross. (Colossians 1:20, NIV brackets added for clarity)

Does the word "all" in this verse mean everything and everyone or does it exclude some people and things?

Many are called to the wedding, but few have put on the wedding clothes (and, considering that even those are given to them so, they have no excuse not to wear them).

You didn't vote for the option which mirrors scripture.

Correct, given the vagueness of the verse, picking one of the presented options gets very iffy.

Abraham, Issac and Moses were the few chosen apparently. The rest seem to be excluded. Chosen for what exactly I'm wondering? OK, maybe Jacob too.
