Ephesians 4:26 actually says this

Be enraged (G3710), and do not sin. Do not let the sun go down upon your rage (G3950): Ephesians 4:26
G3710 ὀργίζω orgizo (or-ǰiy'-zō) v.
1. to provoke or enrage.
2. (passively) become exasperated.

G3950 παροργισμός parorgismos (par-or-ǰiyz-mos') n.
rage.

No you seem to be confusing Pantheism with Christianity.

I just stated fundamental basic Christian doctrine.
Jesus was always God.
Jesus remained God when He was born into this world from the body of the virgin Mary. He was also 100% humanity from the holy conception forward.
I have never heard anyone call this truth Pantheism.

It is vitally important to learn Who in fact Jesus is. He said in John 8

. 24I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.

John 3: 36He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

It never says Jesus is angry in the KJV except one time which is a unique usage of the word talking about him having grief...

The word "Wrath" is a synonym for anger.
He pours out His wrath upon the earth with His judgements.
Revelation is the most wrathful book in the Bible.

I know what it's like to have a pastor teach that everything is only grace, and love, but that's only a partial representation of God's attributes. We are made in His image, so it's no wonder men have those attributes like anger and justice too. Jesus certainly does and demonstrated them while upon the earth, yet without sin. His name calling of the preachers and teachers was not His kind side and That was when He came to save the world. Even then He expressed anger. The one emotion I never read Him have was fear.
When His purpose is to judge the world, you can read what that will be like...

14:9And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, 10The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: 9And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, 10The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: 11And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.

15:7And one of the four beasts gave unto the seven angels seven golden vials full of the wrath of God, who liveth for ever and ever.

16:1And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.

The description of what the enemies of God suffer is horrific.

Put that together with John 3:36 (previously posted) and you don't want to be judged.
Even those who have told a lie are going to be judged.
21:8But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

If anger were a sin, then Scripture would not say, “In your anger, do not sin” as it would be redundant. It also would not say, “Be slow to anger”.
That’s a good point. Be ye angry [sinning] and sin not lol. Be slow to anger [sin] lol.

Anger is usually an emotional reaction when expectations meet reality in an unexpected and disappointing way. Anger events diminish as one gets better at anticipating reality.

Why are you all still corresponding with that troll? He left!

What he said was unbiblical (that anger is sin) and HE KNEW THAT. Please don't feed the troll.

God sees what he's doing - that troll is going to be judged and is going to realize all this idiotic trolling he has done and is doing is not worth the punishment that will be meted out to him. What a waste!

Is anger "inherently Evil" according to the Bible?

Some say no but...

Personally, I think anger is Evil.

- I think it is wrong when people say that anger can be used for Good.
- Anger is inherently Evil so using anger is not Good.

Here are a few reasons why, although there are at least a few reasons more.

Main Argument:
Anger is inherently Evil. Many Bible verses suggest that anger is not merely a neutral feeling but a manifestation of Evil that believers are commanded to remove rather than use or redirect.

Argument with Verses and Explanations:
  1. Matthew 5:22
"Anyone who is angry with his brother will be subject to judgment."
Explanation: Anger itself, even without outward violence, is a moral failure that puts one under judgment. This shows anger is evil at its root.

  2. James 1:20
"Human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires."
Explanation: Anger cannot lead to holiness or good behavior. It is incompatible with God’s righteousness.

  3. Galatians 5:19–21
"The works of the flesh include hatred, discord, jealousy, rage, selfish ambition, and fits of anger... Those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God."
Explanation: Anger is classified as a work of the flesh—sinful and corrupting, not something to be used positively.

  4. Ecclesiastes 7:9
"Do not be quick to become angry, because anger settles in the heart of fools."
Explanation: Anger is a mark of foolishness and lack of wisdom, not strength.

  5. Colossians 3:8
"But now you must rid yourselves of all such things as anger, rage, malice, slander, and filthy language."
Explanation: Believers are commanded to remove anger completely, not manage or use it.

  6. Genesis 4:6–7
"If you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must rule over it."
Explanation: Anger is portrayed as a predatory force that seeks control. Cain is warned to master anger or be overcome by it.

Even the example of Jesus “walking with anger” in Mark 3:5 shows anger paired with grief, without loss of self-control or sinful intent. His anger is divine zeal and righteous sorrow, not human passion to be emulated.

Therefore, from my perspective, biblically, anger is consistently portrayed as evil, a work of the flesh, or a corrupting force to be overcome.

Therefore, using anger for motivation is akin to using hatred or jealousy for good, which Scripture consistently condemns.

The biblical call is to reject anger and seek self-control, love, and patience as the proper response.

Thank you for your consideration of the question, I appreciate those who answered my last question.
Thank you all for being here.

Be angry, yet do not sin! Good luck With that?
Only Father in risen Son has appeased sin, taken sin out by Son John 1:29, John 19:30, Anger taken care of, where it does not lead one into sin anymore, yet still can.
Ephesians 4:26
Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:
Matthew 10:16-20
So, I see a brother Gal 6:1-9 I need God to lead, so I will not sin, so I will not get unrighteously angry, remain Righteously concerned and not condemn, abuse, manipulate or excuse anyone, not even self, Romans 2:1-4
Go ahead, try to not sin! what does one, anyone do, Romans 7? Either one becomes guilty all over again or pride gets in and one thinks they are better than others, then this goes on in flesh and blood arguing and fighting over things, not good for my Soul, anyone else?

Me, I need God's lead in risen Son for me, anyone else? As well, I, we all might need to see by God in risen Son, we are and remain forgiven by God working this out through us all individually, personally, not me doing it as religion preached(s) to do or else attitudes
God is in Charge, not man, thank you God won through Son that is risen from the dead for us to be risen too in God's Spirit and Truth John 4:23-24

Is anger inherently evil?
When Bill Bixby gets angry he smashes stuff, scares others and someone said Hulk cussed, so maybe it is then.
