It's a derivative. Yohann, Anna, Hannah, etc. They all mean 'full of grace.' from the Hebrew root "chanah," grace. Yochanan, I think is Jonathan, and Sean is also a derivative of John.
Hmm... So the one Jesus loved was full of grace. Either he relied on grace or he showed grace to others, or both... Or so his name implies.

There's a sermon in that somewhere.

I didn't take that test but I can tell you that my name really is Isaac, and I seem to be an Isaac through and through. Never really starting anything or definitively finishing anything. Not one known for any big accomplishments. Just content to placidly follow life and see where it leads.
In my life's journey I go with the flow too.

Do you feel like a "Paul"?
Not really I have always felt a kindred spirit with David at least in the way he writes and praises God but to be fair I am not a leader I am more the supporting type I prefer to build others up and encourage others

Perhaps you will become a "Paul"? Don't we all look back 5 or 10 years and notice our growth in Him?:)(y)

Actually having the ability to rizz up the others is a key trait of a leader, many great leaders are powerful exhorters. You may not think you are a leader yet, but with discipline and some practice I think you might actually really enjoy an exercise in leadership. The law of leadership is this; he who is faithful with a little, is also faithful with a lot, and remember of course to praise Jesus.

I guess I never considered that thanks for the insight

I relate very much to Zacchaeus - not in the monetary sense of course, but simply in his desire to be close to Jesus and help anyone he thought he'd harmed.

This was a fun and awesome little quiz, thanks so much for posting it!

My results said that I am a "Ruth the Devoted," "with a steadfast commitment to relationships and causes you cherish."

I have to say, I was a bit surprised. But I guess if you asked some of the people here...

I do have a tendency to stick like a piece of used chewing gum to your shoe if I get attached! (I can be tough to get rid of!)

Was this comment funny?
YES.

Was it right on point?
YES.

Was it an extremely clever pun?
YES.

Am I going to admit that to Lynx?
NO!

Why?

Because he'll just keep right on going!

We don't have an "I'm Rolling My Eyes At You" emoji, so the "Indifferent" emoji was the best I could do.:sneaky::p

Hopefully people know I'm just joking...

Lynx and I are in a chat to keep up with people we've met from CC in real life, and the poor people there put up with our back-and-forth banter almost daily.

(You might want to pray for them. :))

Has absence of encouragement ever been even a slight impediment to my motivation to continue?
