Sit down and talk

I literally want nothing more than to sit down and talk . About God and the Holy Spirit I feel inside me as I type this.

God wants to talk to me as well. By His nature and grace , He won’t ‘make me’

I have God on speed-dial and yet am terrified to talk to Him.

As sinners , we avoid the bible because it reads us as we read it.

Wonderful to read, I appreciate your vital one on one relationship with Him.
Jesus only did what He saw the Father do, He only said what He heard the Father say and was sent to model for us how the Father seeks to relate to us.

I've got the whole world

Yes the Bible reads us. so we shy away from it. what if we make the decision to let it read us and help us get rid of that which entangles us and keeps us from His presence.

i read it every day, when you read it, you will see that God welcomes you to talk to Him, read the Psalms. King David did not hold back in talking to the Lord. and God called him a " man after My own heart".

Know that we are to talk with Jesus Christ, we are go with Jesus, not God. When we talk with Jesus, we are talking with God. God gave us to Jesus, this is how we are supposed to do this thing. Jesus called us friends.

You need to see that God loves you. He is not mad at you. Jesus already suffered God's wrath so you won't have to. We dare not approach God in our own righteous. But we can and should come to the throne of mercy and grace clothed in Christ. God knows everything about us anyway. He just wants to clean us up, setting us free what what we detest about ourselves anyway.

We need to start from a position of acceptance with God. He is not looking at you in isolation. He sees you hidden in Christ. Jesus is the friend of sinners. He is your friend. He wants you to become His friend. So run to God when you are in trouble. Don't run away.

Yes this is sound doctrine. Run to Jesus when you have done something. Confess our sins to him, and he is faithful to forgive us.

Even better is to take the situation to Him, perceive and walk out His guidance.

aren't you a born again Christian? terrified to talk to God? well i never heard of a born again Christian terrified to talk to God, Jesus or the Holy Spirit. if you have sinned a lot & or, can't stop sinning having some strongholds to forsake, Jesus is the man to talk to. He's not terrified to talk to you! He's open 24 hours a day. a born again Christian's sins are forgiven. John 14: 13,14, Jeremiah 33:3, Matthew 7: 7 & 21:22. may you inherit God's blessings.

I know John Wimber in his video "Personal Pilgrimage" said "if you don't want the answer, don't ask Him".

I actually take great comfort from the fact that the Bible reads me and knows me and all my faults and failings , I'm worried that u shy away from it , honestly and from the heart , that worries me . I'm guessing ( though I could b wrong so please forgive me if I am ) that u r feeling that u r not living up to the standard that u believe God wants / expects u to ? Guess what ? None of us r . God is love , pure love and He knows u and loves u as u r . While we were yet dinners Christ willingly died a painful and humiliating death because he loves u . He knew u were worth it then and he knows u r worth it now . U do need to read the Bible , regularly, it's such a powerful experience to hear God speaking to u through it . Pay special attention to all those devoted religious people in there who r all very far from perfect and yet they r there for our guidance and comfort . Love is the key , love God , love Jesus and love each other . U have to get to know someone to b able to properly love them , get to know God and Jesus through the living Word , the Bible . Stay close to Him please , u r precious in His sight .

It is not a light matter to talk to the one who made you.
