A little note of interest is the President of UAE is also the Ruler of Abu Dhabi, and they have a sort of hybrid monarchy and democracy. The current ruler Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan actually had a big falling out with Obama and Biden's regimes over their of course severe and gross incompetence and even outright helping their enemies (and our that we have to fight today).
