Well my nephew is a physician, a radio-oncologist in Dallas and the insurance refused to provide care to one of his patients, even when my nephew firmly believed he had a good chance to survive the cancer with treatment asap and though he fought for the man receiving treatment it was denied.

While socialized medicine has its issues and perhaps is not as advanced, I have never once heard in all my years with coworkers, friends and extended family being denied care, and in fact my mom was in last stage Leukemia and the doctor still wanted to treat her.

No one here has to run through hoops, and I am sure if I was ill with cancer or any other life threatening disease the last thing I would want to deal with is hospital administration or worry about how I would pay the bills.

The tariff war is driving Chinese private enterprises to the brink of collapse.
