You know, I have to say, this is a VERY good point and I'm glad you pointed it out.
When people told me they forgave me but NEVER asked for my forgiveness in return, I always assumed it was because they thought they hadn't sinned (and I don't believe in one-sided sinning when it comes to dealing with people.)
But maybe in some cases, they were actually afraid to ask for forgiveness.
Which exposes my OWN one-sidedness -- I had never thought about THEM being scared to ask.
