Would like to invite your take on what counterweight if any God has helped you with in dealing with today's non-stop mountain of learning? I don't think that is too unrealistic. The Apostle himself needed a 'thorn in the flesh' to keep him in check and said what to expect,

Knowledge puffs up, but love builds up. (1 Cor 8:1)

But what about us? While God had to raise the bar for Paul for all that revelation knowledge, is the ''baptism of the Holy Spirit and fire'' sufficient? Remember how much we are told to accumilate, ,

Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing each other in all wisdom, singing, , '' (Col 3:16)

''All wisdom''? Sounds pretty exhaustive to me! Still not convinced of a danger of being puffed up just because he said to go for it - twice? Then you won't be able to join in on my second invite, how would you spot someone who isn't in check with his otherwise vast knowledge?

Give God the glory, always!

The good tree don't give thorns, and the bad tree don't give good fruit.
Touché, as one lack of detailing (OP) for another. :) Any other form of any other subject is always an option.

I find that sometimes it is good to stop learning and being wise and become like little children, kittle children don't overcomplicate things they don't know much and you won't find one claiming to be wise or have this vast knoledge but rather because they know so little they are easy to learn their knowledge being so little allows them to not complicate or over think things sometimes just letting go and relishing our time with God and just chilling is the best route to go

A world seldom spoken of my friend. One without pretense right from the beginning. One where the champions of faith once thrived as curious children, prophets, priest. A world of perfection many say does not exist yet, Jesus made official. To make note of it gives God the glory as all Christians must pass through. Thank you!

I tell you the truth, I asked the Lord for more "annointing".. I was getting impatient with the Lord's timing in this season. I was praying and making request to my father, from a position of authority granted through the blood atonement from Jesus with a seat at the table.
I tell you the truth, the Lord took me into the deep end of the pool and quickly I learned that w/o God's protection, you cant even do something as basic as think.

stay humble.. always.. praise God for everything. w/o his protection you are toast from your enemies.

Woe, deep. Humble but instructive. I don't remember the words used, but I had a similar season something to the tune of Lord, give me one day depleted of some of your joy. Well, much like your outcome, my whole day was just as I requested, a sour walk the day long, next to lifeless. I don't recommend going there. Heb 1:3, its all within His power to sustain everything.

I couldn't believe he actually gave it to to me but he does do what we ask

Calls for Increase, the Press

I think some refuse to pass through this gate of increase due to us ‘not being worthy’ or possibly, never will be. Or another, that such excellence is not appropriate and sealed off for the true dispensation of His coming kingdom when in fact, the press for increase is clearly seen as a spiritual truth. For there are invitations bringing us to confront thoughts of applying increase to areas of this life so we can proceed towards maturity never again, strive to shake it off.

Don’t you know that we will judge angels?
how much more matters of this life?
(1 Cor 6:3)

Therefore, let us leave the elementary teachings
about Christ and go on to maturity, , And this we
will do, if God permits
. (Heb 6:1,3)

But the layman’s hesitance isn’t alone. Look at the apprehensions of the ’approved’ commenting of your favorite scholars or theologian’s bulk of commentary on Heb 6:1 ‘’elementary’’ compared to the amount of content to inform on verse 3, ‘’God permits’’. There is clear fear in the air to contemplate moving on unto what and how God’s word defines our call to – ‘’maturity’’.

To be continued, ‘’if God permits’’

We are to seek increase but most seek increase in knowledge not the spiritual gifts which is what we are told to seek increase of
knowledge will only get you so far but to have increased love and faith and trust in the Lord will take you into deeper waters few have traversed

Ah, I wondered, is trust the invitation to faith? But not at all, for when does ''faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God'' cease to increase all?

well it depends on the heart that hears, many have studied the word for years but know nothing of God himself others have not studied (mainly little children) and know God more than the greatest student of the word. he speaks in many ways his voice is in all things not just the word even a small flower can speak great volume to his word

faith may come by hearing but how you hear is what is important

Immature trees bear no fruit, just leaves. All trees start out immature, so being young is not an issue for the Lord. Indeed, it’s expected.

But older trees… it is expected that they bear fruit.

Thank God, we know why He resist bringing blessing on such a heart, but because of un-confessed sin, , even with intent study (2Tim 3:7).

We should be focused on whether we are living up to what we know and not worrying about what someone else knows and our perception of if they are living up to it. We should be looking at ourself there’s plenty to work on there

amen you don’t bring a new born home then give him his chore list . You take care of his needs and raise him up with love care you teach him things he needs to know as he grows up . Even when he makes mistakes along the way you are there for him . You don’t disown him when he falls and fails you lift him up and encourage him reminding him your there still and always for him

later when on hrs no longer a newborn or toddler even a teen somehow he’s grown up and learned lessons by how you raised him . Did you teach him “ anything you do is alright and will lead you to the same outcome ?” No of course you didn’t. You taught him “ do what’s right son always choose the good thing dont harm
Others be kind and share take care of your fellow man because what you do good or bad has consequences and results in either good or bad and there’s laws son you have to live within the laws . “

a family has babies and children teens and young adults adults and elderly folks and of course a Father who loves his children dearly and equally. Who teaches them all the same things tells them the same promises earned them of the same pitfalls and consequences

sometimes however there are children who won’t listen who do the opposite of what thier father tells them . Who hear the warnings reject then and do it anyways ect

these children will mature in a very different way and result in very different fruits

In the family of God there is grace for immaturity. That's different than mercy for not maturing when you should.

Like teaching a young child to handle utensils to eat, I encourage the immature to handle the Word of God:

13 Then people brought little children to Jesus for him to place his hands on them and pray for them. But the disciples rebuked them.
14 Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” 15 When he had placed his hands on them, he went on from there.

and

38 And He said to them, “Why are you troubled? And why do doubts arise in your hearts? 39 Behold My hands and My feet, that it is I Myself. Handle Me and see, for a spirit does not have flesh and bones as you see I have.”

Skill with the Word is not gained without practice.

I often clear the way for them to speak; giving them permission to say what is on their minds. That way, if it go way into left field (it never has) I can take the blame and agree to be more attentive, giving my time to speak with the young one to correct them privately. That way the young one may go forward without being hindered by any sense of loss.

Yes, although the Gospel is simple enough for a young child to understand,
learning all of GW is a lifelong task and becoming perfect is a goal not attained until heaven,
so we must remain humble, become more and more loving, and continually strive for spiritual unity.

I beg your pardon, where is that now, I don't remember where it says, we should be ''concerned with each other''. No matter, then you are either opposed or quietly in support of post 9?, ,
Therefore, let us leave the elementary teachings

How else would that Bride progress into the honor stated in Revelations?
