Okay, I admit it. I’m mademoiselle Seoulsearch’s alter ego. Under my nickname she’s able to say whatever which hasn’t got nothing to do with anything. 🤣
Your bluntness is one of the qualities I love most about you!

Er, I mean, about myself (since after all, I'm just hiding behind your nickname.)

It's a joke, everyone!

It's enough for me to keep up all this trouble under ONE name, let alone two.

Sorry @Lynx I know this is off topic but I'm curious of something. Is there any way to get someone to unfollow you? I was so disturbed the other day cuz a member with an EXTREMELY indecent profile pic started following me and although I reported him, it showed on my profile for hours till he was removed. (I peeked at his profile and he was only following girls with pics of their faces. Poor girls. )
I am thinking that a take-member-off-my-followed-list feature would be a reasonable option to have.

Perhaps, @RoboOp and @Oncefallen might look into this possibility...?

I just discovered something.

If you have somebody on ignore, and that ignored person starts a thread, you don't even see that the thread has been started. If the thread already exists when you put the person on ignore, it disappears from your screen. Even if other people have posted in the thread... Even if YOU YOURSELF have posted in the thread. It still vanishes from your screen.

Everybody who has me on ignore cannot see that there is even a thread here. You can say what you want about anybody who has me on ignore and they will never know.

Bwahahaha... Haha... Ha... Cough cough...
Could this be a way to differentiate between between people who genuinely can't stand you, and stalkers who may feign so for other reasons? The stalkers will post in the thread you start after declaring they have ignored you, when in reality they should not have been able to see it.

 @seoulsearch has another account!!!!???? What did she do? Go make a thread about new accounts/names and then come back with a new name ???
(careful now, this is how rumors get started)

Nooo.

With the "Dude" reference I was just clarifying that I wasn't referencing a member here who has "Dude" as part of their name, because for some reason when thinking about context here and reading it back out loud to myself it popped in my (weird) brain that someone, somewhere, somehow on this site could think saying "Dude" followed by comments like that might be referencing to the member here (which there was no reference to).
Lol. It's good you made that qualification, because there was a member with "Dude" in his name that fitted your description exactly - one of the few I've had to ignore in my time here, for saying so many things so often which were so exactly the opposite of what is true. But in your case, you are referring to a generic "Dude" rather than any specific "Dude"... :)

i have totally ignored this thread. what you are reading is not visible nor audible. in fact, the time you are wasting reading this comment is not worth the time reading it. did you just ignore yourself while reading this comment? hahahahahahahahahahah!

If we put up with you, surely you can put up with him.

Maybe, like you, he honestly believes what he is saying is true. Holding on to that belief is the only thing that has kept me putting up with both of you.

Lol. In the Wild West of Internet, it would not be a problem for me. However, on moderated sites, I have found consistently engaging with such people on the folly of their views (or outright lies!) inevitably leads to getting suspended or banned (usually on a technicality, or a your-sophisticated ad-hominem-was-meaner-than-his-Philistine-level-ad-hominem, or some such petty matter), and the ignorant are left none-the-wiser. Life is too short.

But as for me, I thought it was my wit and pleasant nature that kept me off your ignore list? Or perhaps I have mistaken charity for sense of humour?:eek::p

I have no problem with people who are honest but wrong. There is no reason to use the ignore button here.
