That person is definitely banned. Although I cannot say for sure why and we are not supposed to ask, it is true that they were arguing against the deity of Jesus Christ and warned against that, because it is the number one theological offense that will lead to banning. Also just to let you know, that sometimes a person is banned but it does not indicate that under their name. I'm not sure why that is but I know that is a fact also. But if it says banned under person's name, they most certainly are. Also while we were on the topic, I will just mention that many times people that are banned do come back and sign up under a new name which is against the rules. That is a possibility also because if they get found out for being a previously banned person they will be banned again.
