The supreme decision of God Almighty
upon my own life and destiny.
The Lordship of God shall reign
upon my heart, mind, and spirit.

I hold this truth as inerrant and trustworthy.
That the fullness of God dwells within me
according to the Holy Scriptures he inspired.
I believe in the triune God that sustains
this earth and that holds the universe.

I declare myself to be a slave of Christ.
I declare eternal dependance on the Lord.
I declare eternal submission to His will
and eternal obedience to His laws and decrees.

I endow this truth as unchangeable:
that God created me to glorify his name
as decreed in eternal times past.
I believe in the Father, Judge and Almighty.
I believe in the Son, the Lamb of God.
I believe in the Spirit, the counsellor.

I declare myself to be a slave of Jesus.
I declare eternal surrender to His Words.
I declare by water and by His Spirit
the annulment of my previous contract
that joined me with Satan.

I declare myself a slave to Christ.
I declare myself in bondage to His rule.
I declare eternal submission to His commands.
I no longer serve the evil one,
but the Lord of Lords and King of Kings.
