Shalom, dear brothers and sisters,

Thank you for your prayers!!!

May the Lord bless you abundantly (Luke 6:38) and bless Israel in Jesus' name. Amen!

Today I bring my father Herbert with a request for prayers for his salvation:

Herbert wants nothing to do with "religion" in principle.

May God open his eyes so that he recognizes that this is about the Lord Jesus Christ and where he will spend eternity. (2 Corinthians 4:3-6)

I already gave him a Bible, and "I pray that God would give him the "will and the ability" (Philippians 2:13) in his heart to read and understand the Bible in Jesus' name."

God's will is that he be saved because he loves him (1 Timothy 2:4 + Jeremiah 31:3).

"God Father, please grant Herbert eternal life in your Son Jesus Christ, to your glory in Jesus' name, Amen."

PS And I pray that the Lord sends out harvesters into his harvest (Matthew 9:38).

My heart goes out to you.
My biggest concern was the same as yours.

Even though my own Dad heard the gospel many times, there was a blind spot and he didn't seem to understand the message of salvation for many years.
One day when preparing a meal, he was sitting at the table I asked him the following question in the video. I'm not that preacher, but I shared John 3:16 and what he must do to be saved. I did not know that he would be killed by medical staff at the Clarksburg WV VA 2 months later.
I think of him very often, love him with all my heart and want to bless him when we meet again.

I just asked the Lord to help your Dad to get saved too. Here's a video that will help you accomplish that.
