Most fortune 500 companies need 5-10 years from a new hire to justify the cost of hiring and training them. Five years from today they are anticipating ASI with Artificial intelligence doing 40% of the jobs. That is white collar jobs. So why would you hire any new hires this year?

Most new hires at a fortune 500 company do not start yielding a return on investment until more than a year after they are hired. By 2027 they are anticipating AI to reach ASI, at least ASSI (that is super intelligence that is specific to particular jobs). So right when the new hire begins to give you a return on investment they are obsolete?

Initially you hire people to help with training of the AI. But once the companies begin using the AI in the workplace their is on the job training. We can also expect the pace of improvement to pick up as AI is deployed in more and more situations.

AI wants to buy your voice. They are offering money to people who are teaching the Bible online. They will get the data on your viewers and subscribers, but the real value will be they will have your voice. They will be able to imitate you and the contract will make it legal. This will be the great deception.

After the rapture you will not be able to trust anything on the internet. First off, if the guy wasn't raptured that should tell you something. On the other hand if they sold their channel to AI then AI can manipulate and change all their previous programs. And for those who refuse to sell out and are raptured, they will simply censor those channels, you'll never find them again.

Instead, AI can create a multitude of counterfeit channels similar to any online content but with important differences. The Great deception means no stone will be left upon another stone. We are all living stones, we cannot be resting on the ministry of others, rather we need to go to the Bible directly.

Grok 2 was trained on a computer with 100,000 Nvidia chips, that was the biggest computer to date. Grok 3 was trained on a computer with 200,000 Nvidia chips. Everything is growing exponentially. The computers that are training the AI, the AI software, AI is being used to help code, edit, and debug the software, and the number of companies using AI in their office. My point is the progress made in the last twelve months by AI will now take it six months to make similar progress. The rate of improvement is accelerating as they are making improvements in the hardware, the software and the training.

For example it only took them 19 days to bring Grok online, a process that in the past took 4-6 months. Also, even though Grok is considered the smartest AI at the moment it is still in development.

OpenAI's SHOCKING Research: AI Earns $403,325 on REAL-WORLD Coding Tasks | SWE Lancer

September of 2024 9800th best coder in the world.

January 3, 2025 175th best coder in the world

February 19th 2025 50th best coder in the world. That is better than 99.995% of the world's coders.

But when it comes to cost and speed it is #1. It did 403,000 worth of projects out of a possible $1 million. So not ready to do 100% of jobs but can certainly do 40% of the jobs.

5 months ago AI probably could do less than 5% of the tasks, today it is 40%. That means any company with 5 coders could release 2 and the three remaining could handle the workload with the help of AI. This means they can have a hiring freeze, release everyone who is probationary, offer buyouts to people near retirement, and think about layoffs for another 5-10% of the workforce.

It also means we should expect the ability of AI to continue improving at a dramatic rate. So if it is 40% after five months it is likely to be 80% by the end of the year. By 2026 that company with 5 coders could lay off two more and have one coder working with AI. We could see 130,000 computer programmers laid off by the end of 2025. That is just in the US, worldwide it will probably be 1-2 million.

Trump orders DOJ to terminate all remaining ‘Biden Era’ US attorneys: ‘We must clean house’

https://nypost.com/2025/02/18/us-ne...rminate-all-remaining-biden-era-us-attorneys/

I'm wondering if the reason he can do this is because of AI. I get that he has political reasons. But imagine how hard it would be to find and hire lawyers to replace all the ones you are firing. It would be a lot of work to go through social media to determine if someone is appropriate and then hire some and reject others without violating federal labor laws. But if you simply fire a bunch of lawyers and now AI will pick up the work load so that the lawyers who remain can manage, that would be much easier.
