America is a covenant nation, founded on the providence of God.

Now hear, God has again raised from the ranks of common men, a Judge. A Judge to release his people from the bondage and abuse of ungodly men. Just as He did in ages past. Not an Angel nor a Saint, certainly not a Holy Man, but one fully human and fallen. A man hearing God’s call. In the face of unrelenting abuse; shot, arrested, prosecuted, harassed, denied, and vilified, he relentlessly pursues the reestablishment of God’s justice.

But more, we are a nation founded on the protection and providence of God Almighty. Our Founding Fathers, with sole reliance on God’s wisdom, planed for just such a time as now.

We are, for the first time in human history, witnessing a people peacefully rising up to overthrow evil and oppression. We are witnessing a revolution, the rebirth our nations reliance on God’s truth and His Word. And this we see without weapons, guns, or the spilling of a single drop of blood. Praise God.

We are witness to a wonderous age, again seeing God’s manifest faithfulness to His people. Through all the centuries Saints have longed for and prayed to see a time as this! See and hear and be amazed.

I don't think The Bible is a history book.
In part, it is.
It wasn't written for bygone generations but was written for us to guide our lives.
It was written for both.
The Judges in Israel saved lives and fortunes from evil, but more importantly lead the people to atonement and repentance.
I agree, but this does not necessarily mean that Donald Trump is comparable to one of Israel's judges.

Only problem is the judges of old were good and wise. The "judge" we have now is a greedy, self-serving heathen whose only concern is who's paying attention to him and stroking his ego.

Ehud was a liar and a murderer; Barak was a coward. Gideon was a weak willed doubter; Abimelech was a gangster who murdered his own brothers for power. Jephthah was the scorned son of a prostitute, he was a mercenary and so impulsive that he made a sacrifice of his only daughter. Ibzan ignored God's laws. Samson was consumed by lifelong lust, a whoremonger, a cheat who murdered 30 men to cover a gambling debt, and a terrorist. Micah stole his mothers fortune and worshiped false idols his entire life. They were all human.

God used fallen men to restore Israel. The common element appears to be a desire to do God's will regardless of the costs.

I do not know if we are beginning a process of national renewal, I do know not to judge my fellow man. Redemption and forgiveness is real or our faith is a lie.

"For what have I to do with judging those also who are outside? Do you not judge those who are inside?" 1 Corinthians 5:12 Donald ran as a brother; but he's not acting much like a brother. He's acting more like a guy who wants wealth and power and will sell out his own voters to get it.

Matthew 24:4
And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.

Seems many are ignoring this command of our Lord.
