This drug and the way it works is going to change everything for scizophrenia people. They will not longer have to worry about sugar levels, brain shrinkage, invulentary muscle movements.

https://www.npr.org/2024/09/26/nx-s...has-approved-a-new-type-of-schizophrenia-drug

It's going to be FDA approved, today. At the same time, the sales men are going to launch out from KarXT and hit the clinics and hospitals.
Only problem, is they price it too much.

but keep an I own TerXT, it's going to be afforidable, and can do better job. It's the same drug mix. KarXT drugs have an expired patent.

Sounds like a miracle drug for diabetics.

Jesus never sent anyone to the Dr., no evidence Luke ever practiced mans medicine after Jesus trained him.
In these days perhaps He can and does work and/or through mans medicine, yet we must still give Him first place.

You literally never have anything constructive to add to any conversation.
Just contrary for no reason
But next time I'm sick I will consult my physician and not some random cuckoo on Christian chat

I'm not totally opposed to pharmaceuticals. The thing that worries me is the growing acceptance of THC. It seems like the collective IQ of the US has dropped since it started being legalized for different things. Alcohol is bad enough and ruins thousands of lives each year.

I worked in mental health settings quite a bit when I was younger and saw firsthand the effects of antipsychotic medications on people; it wasn't pretty. If they have something that works better without the side effects I'm for it. The real problem in the US though is being able to afford it or get insurance to pay for it.

Because cannabis products have legit medical applications.
My brother was prescribed medical marijuana by his doctor after having been hospitalized for an eating disorder
It's also a natural anti-inflammatory and pain reliever
It sometimes prescribed to cancer patients for the same reason to give them their appetite back

I'm not worried about the legit users but the fact that it's so easily accessible to people with no legitimate need for it. It's like with alcohol, you need to be 21 to drink legally. But there's so much of it and it's so easy to get anyone under 21 has no problem getting it.

Not having genuine faith, you must lean on medicine.
I doubt you can recognize a constructive comment until you come to Him in humility and contrition.
He will not turn you away at that point.
As it is, you lean on your own faulty unregenerate understanding.
best wishes

Not everyone has strong enough faith.
If a person's faith is not as strong as it should be,should they continue suffering without medication that may be as close as the drug store at walgreens?

we need to grow in the knowledge of His ways, most hold to an outward form of godliness according to Jesus.
When we give Him first place we seek His guidance in what He wants us to do, recently imparted imparted Holy Spirit to my Dr.
