@Tazzo and @Tall_Timbers -- is this just for coffee-flavored CANDY?

Do enjoy actual real coffee?

What is it about the coffee candy that you don't like?
I've never been a coffee drinker. While I don't abhor the smell/aroma of coffee itself, both the smell and taste of coffee flavored candy is repugnant to my sensitive nose.

By the way, when I say Molasses Chips…I mean See’s Candies Molasses Chips. No one else does it better…that I’ve tried.
There are more expensive chocolates than See's, but there are none as good as See's. If you haven't had See's, don't buy it at an airport kiosk/store as those don't have the same quality/climate control as See's stores.

Out of curiosity, I just did a quick check on the price...

Holy Chamoly, $62 for 8 oz. of chocolate?!

Forget the the arm-wrestling -- apparently, those are chocolates worth robbing a bank for.

Lol!!!

Alas, I am but a wee peasant.

But I will accept the gift of coffee-FLAVORED candies with utmost gratitude, my fair lady! ;):p

Oh, are we reserving a place number for the candy throw out now? Well, you are the first in line currently, my dearest peasant.

I am fearing the day I am seen as a peasant by someone and they hand me those horrendous candies!

Me having no clue what those were, and was thinking in my empty brain; potato chips (salted, of course) dipped in molasses 😳 Google told me otherwise...

REAL coffee is for me! Peasant can't even go near my coffee, they can suck the flavoured candies for coffee intake!

It is coffee flavoured, so it is not real deal.. at least to my tastebuds. (or the one brand I have tasted...)
What brand did you try?

Coffee nips are made with real brewed coffee, cream and sugar. They are hard candy.

That is hilarious! I kinda thought the same thing as I wrote it, even though I know what they look like. I probably should have had some parentheses information included, so there wouldn’t be any confusion.

I thought my dad was the only one who knew about that coffee. He has been raving about it for decades!

Well there are two types of chocolate I really like:

1) Harry and David's dark chocolate truffles

2) A chocolate lab

My other offer is if anyone has some peanut butter snickers they don't want I'm happy to help eat those as well.

Those boxes of mixed chocolates, I'll do my best to find something, probably something dark and truffle like with maybe nuts or peanut butter.

back in 2018, 1 day, i said to myself, "i'm tired of drinking milk, juice & water, i got to find something else to drink". (that's about all i drank for decades except for nutritional drinks while working). it was a bout november when i said that. i was at a store Christmas shopping & saw a display of coffee. i bought some Hawaiin Gold Kona Coffee & liked it. but i performed some research & found the JBM Coffeys. i tried it & it peaked my interest greatly. been buying it ever since. the Estate brand is the best.

I don’t know of the Estate brand or what brand my dad gets but if Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee companies would pay my dad to market their coffee by word of mouth, my dad would probably be a multi multi millionaire by now lol I’ve heard nothing but good news about that specific coffee bean

I usually concentrate on lower body, but I started doing heavy upperbody a few years ago. So much so that my shoulders (the trapezius muscle) started looking like Chris Benoit's lol.
But, no matter my strength, if the Mallo Cups are on the table, I'll be hard to beat

I stopped buying these boxes of truffles years ago.
Although, once I tasted some just to be sure.

Mine makes those in See's and Whitman's taste bad....like really bad. The chemical and wax taste combination just is not appealing anymore.

However,
I make blackberry, raspberry, coconut, coffee, caramel, and orange every year. I haven't done vanilla.....nobody has requested it as their favorite.
Of course I make turtles as well (Pecan and caramel) as polar bear claws (cashew and caramel in white chocolate)
And I've been caught making peppermint bark as Ghirardelli is known to sell by the bag at really high prices at Christmas.

I use ALL NATURAL flavors.....
Meaning (for example) I get frozen blackberries, puree them and sieve out the seeds, cook and reduce them and add a bit of blackberry liquor. Then make the filling and go temper the Callebaut 811 and begin dipping them.

What this means is I get clean, honest flavors with quality chocolate. You can purchase something similar at John Kelly Chocolates....but he has a chocolate enrober, (gizmo that tempers the chocolate and then evenly pours it over the centers and spits it out on waxed paper. (About $9k) and sells each piece of chocolate truffle for roughly $6 each.

One of the favorites of everyone is the candied orange peels. Orange peels that have been through a process and candied then dipped in chocolate.
You generally can't purchase those here in the US that actually taste good. But the recipients go crazy over them every year.

So....at this point of the holiday....I'm sick of sugar, flour, butter, and chocolate. (Over 1K pieces of chocolates and 1K cookies)

But....my wife would slaughter anyone who kept her from mine.

Arm wrestle?
HA!
Move away from the chocolates to save your life.

How in the world is a man supposed to upload his photo of chocolates without the foreboding message of "this file is too large"
Stock photo will have to do. Ugh I'm terrible at technology 😭
If you go to postimages.org they allow you to resize on upload. 640 pixels is often wide enough, but there are options, and then
you select the direct link from the second line of links given and insert that url into the proper image tags here... and Voilà!

They also accept files from online sources but not all, depending on the source. Some sources forbid it.

If you have any other questions about posting images I will be more than happy to assist in as many ways as I am able :)
