I have tried them. They are mostly sugar.

The marzipan ones are not bad though.

For some of us, the "mostly sugar" is the selling point.

For someone like me, nothing's worse than "candy" that isn't actually sweet.
My chocolate is sweet. Just not incredibly sweet. What do you think the other 5% is in 95% cocoa chocolate bars?

Well I said a tearful goodbye to chocolates and cheesecake and everything along those lines last night, won't be enjoying them until next year ... This should be a fun experiment
Keep us posted on how it goes, because you must have a willpower of steel!!!

And I need to learn from that. :)

Truth be told my willpower sucks 😂 that's why I'm doing this, to challenge myself and actually go through with something. I shall update on my progress, or if I screw up, that too!

Absolutely, I am all in to throw coffee flavoured chocolates for peasants too!
LOL!!!

With so many coffee connoisseurs here, I had NO idea that coffee-flavored candy would be seen as the food of peasants!

@Tazzo and @Tall_Timbers -- is this just for coffee-flavored CANDY?

Do enjoy actual real coffee?

What is it about the coffee candy that you don't like?

REAL coffee is for me! Peasant can't even go near my coffee, they can suck the flavoured candies for coffee intake!

It is coffee flavoured, so it is not real deal.. at least to my tastebuds. (or the one brand I have tasted...)

none of the above chocolates are worth arm wrestling for. however, Masters Enrique Stuardo chocolate is worth it.
Out of curiosity, I just did a quick check on the price...

Holy Chamoly, $62 for 8 oz. of chocolate?!

Forget the the arm-wrestling -- apparently, those are chocolates worth robbing a bank for.

Alas, I am but a wee peasant.

But I will accept the gift of coffee-FLAVORED candies with utmost gratitude, my fair lady! ;):p
