Today’s breakfast is a half cup of left over, left out cold brew, with a pinch of stevia and toasted marshmallow almond coconut creamer. Also, a quest hero peanut butter protein bar and zero sugar teriyaki beef jerky, with left over left out grape zevia soda.

My dad drinks that zevia stuff. I tried the black cherry one and was substantially unimpressed.

Of course diabetes does run in our family, so I may one day be drinking it myself.

A lot of the flavors, I can’t stand… but the creamy root beer seems to hold up.

I’m pretty sure I won’t be drinking as many soon, just to budget better. $26 for 24 zevias or $6 for 40 bottles of water.

Single breakfast is usually cereal and milk of some kind.
With all the different "milks" now(i.e. soy, almond, oat) that makes it less boring. :)

Coconut?

I tried some cereal and coconut milk Sunday and it was flat out delicious.

I made some scrambled eggs with melty havarti cheese and mushrooms on organic bread. So good

This morning I had a pint of haagen dazs strawberry ice cream and a cup of egg nog. Breakfast of champions!
That's a pretty good breakfast, every once in awhile.

My breakfast today is albacore tuna, mixed with hummus and mayo, eaten on palm hearts. Not what I was planning on last night for breakfast this morning, but I had this can of palm hearts I found at the salvage grocery, and this seemed a very good way to use them. And it was! It's delicious.

That sounds more like a couples breakfast to me…lol

Eh?

If I was in a couple, she would probably complain about the smell. Many complain about the smell of tuna that early in the morning... For some reason I never had figured out. Apparently some things are just too much to face at that time of day? Or something?

I don’t know, maybe. To me, I think any type of fish and think healthy, even if it might be chicken of the sea.

I know it’s almost 5pm right now where I’m at but I just woke up…and I was served egg nog pancakes in bed. You can’t tell if they were egg nog though. What a waste of perfectly good egg nog but still very yummy

Yeah, drinks don't bake into food and keep the flavor very well. You need to boost it with a little extra sugar and added spices.

We added butter, cinnamon and good ol Mrs butterworth…was really good and basically tasted like regular pancakes.

The cereal I mostly use is from a brand called "Made Good". They contain plant and vegetable extracts. I have found all the flavours of this cereal to be quite delicious.

Single breakfast was chocolate almond butter on whole wheat bread. Think Nutella, but more nut and less sugar.

Yep, that was it. And nobody here to tell me how unhealthy that kind of breakfast is.

Todays breakfast was a Greek salad and a 12 inch Italian hero sub (more like an Italian stallion if you ask me) and I probably only ate 8 inches of it and gave the rest to my mom.

If you couldn't finish 12 inches, that must have been a bit thicker than your average subway sandwich. They get real stingy with their "meat" these days.
