Some say that the primary responsibility is to bring glory to God through one's life by using the talents and gifts God has given. Others say that enjoying God to the fullest in all actions is the way to glorify God to the fullest.

It certainly is Eli1, we were created to enjoy unbroken relationship with God, which brings him glory etc etc. But thankfully in Christ we can :-
Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God (1 Cor 10:32)
For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen (Rom 11:36).

To love our fellow human beings who gos also created and lives like he does us really is what we are commanded to do and is our ultimate purpose
thou shalt not kill lie cheat ect is a negative way of saying “ love each other and don’t harm one another “ the gospel is a proactive teaching of love Christs brand and form of love that of course isnt going to kill and cheat and abuse and commit adultery or worship false gods ect
but also is going to help each other when there’s a need we can meet as Jesus teaches us not to pass by and ignore the needs around us but to help and be “Good Samaritans “ towards others and relate to other people through that spirit we are born through bekieving in the gospel
