I have a friend (sister in Christ) I met her a decade a go. We have been serving together. In our motherland oooh; were it not for Jesus Christ some things would make one go crazy. For instance if you are a lady, 35-40years, single, no kid- you are labelled different names. We have been praying but I feel my friend is getting weary. Guys send in you encouragements and prayers. Share your views and experiences too

I hope your friend reaches a phase of peace, security and hope where anyone's comments should not bother her anymore.
Same thing in my culture too. If a woman reaches 30 and is not married, they say all kinds of stuff to her.
My cousin is almost 40 and her parents bother her about this too but she has learned to tune out all the noise.
Tuning out all the noise is something that all Christians should be able to do when you feel secure, confident and hopeful in the One who rose from the dead.

The world likes to label, judge, put you in a little box and keep you there. I believe it's a defence mechanism, keeping them from acknowledging the fact they are just as flawed and no better than anyone else.

All the best to you both.
