i don't know how to post a pic. in fact, i don't know how to do anything modern. my wife or friends do all that stuff for me. i just never became modern.
I realize this is a bit of a long post and I apologize in advance.

Do you know how to save to your computer? Right click the image and a drop-down opens.
Select save image or save as and then store the named image in the folder where you want it.

Some sites allow file sharing. With them you can copy their image and then just paste it in here.

If you are sharing an image from online, you can upload to https://postimages.org/ and choose
to resize on upload. If the file does not allow it, save to your computer first and then upload to
https://postimages.org/ and select from the drop-down. 640 pixels is often large enough :)

It is the same straight from your e-device: you can resize on upload and then share your image here.
I like postimages for a number of reasons, such as, they do not require registration, they do not limit
viewing of your images due to band width usage, nor do they delete images (as photobucket does or
used to on all three counts), although postimages gives you the option to delete as long as you save the
link to do so, or do it before closing the upload page where all the coding info is given
.:)

Select the direct link from the second line of links provided, to copy and paste into the appropriate image tags.

Something else to keep in mind is that quoted messages do not carry over images posted
from member devices. A numbered link is provided instead which has to be clicked in order
to see the image. If you wish your image to transfer, or are wanting to post an image in a PM,
use an image host such as postimages.org. If you are quoting someone's post from an earlier
page and want their image to display, quote their post and then preview it with the number code,
open the image from the original post by right clicking to view, copy the christianchat url, and
insert in place of the number code. You must also change [ ATTACH] TO [ IMG] AND [ /ATTCH] TO [ /IMG] :D
I put spaces in the code so you can see it, but the code you use will not and/or should not have spaces in it.
Newer devices may not require this work-around to display images uploaded directly from other member devices.

I save my image file urls in a document for such, so that if I want to post the
same image again, I simply search the document for it by name, or keyword
in the verse. I am trying to get more thoroughly organized in this LOL.

People are different. Some are comfortable showing a picture of themselves; others not so much.

holy heavens Magenta! you just showed me Christian care & love by taking your time to show this! thank you! i never even heard of these terms above; save, e-device, photo bucket, post images, member devises, url. that's a lot to learn above. i'll look into this when retired which will be April 1st. i'll definitely have to get someone to help. i knew there was an easier way to save time posting but never knew how. when i have a garage sale, i have to retype everything to the next site, it's a pain in the brain! but to begin with, i don't even know what camera to get to take a picture. do people use their cel phones for pictures now-a-days to post on CC? a phunnneee thing about this whole thing is around here, the Saratoga area, guys don't know how to do any of this stuff. it's always the women or kids showing their husbands or boyfriends how to function around all the modern-tech. ( people on CC probably think i'm ignorant, a bum or an outcast or a combination of all ) hahahaha!

Sir, you look firm in this picture. I like your shirt and trousers. If your belt is replaced with a button or a leather belt, I think it will be more perfect! If you are resting or hanging off your beard and cutting your hair a little shorter, wow, that would be great! You'll look more handsome.

Sir, if you can wear a formal black suit and white shirt, tie, or casual wear, it must be very handsome! Do you know why? Because for you Westerners, your facial features are very three-dimensional, taking pictures is very good-looking! So when you dress formally, you look very handsome! Have a good time!

Omegatime with daughter

The lady in this picture looks like a warm smile! The father next to you looks a little serious, but you have been very brave to show your photos. You 🌷🌷 are great!

Good morning Karlon! Yes, I think a lot of people use their phones now as their cameras... in fact, at one time my daughter bought a second phone because of the cam it had (really much wider angle than the one she already had) and the resolution of the files is pretty good too, heh, probably more words you have not heard before, but the resolution or file size is important because of image quality especially if you ever want to print the images. Sometimes you can tell when someone posts straight from their phone because the image will be huge and require scrolling to see the whole thing. If you keep documents of the things you type repeatedly it could be really helpful and save you a lot of time. Most laptops come with at least Notepad which is a great way to save and store info...

I am just about to head out the door for work... Apples operate differently from PCs. What happens if you right click an image you find online? Does an app or drop-down open offering options? It may be quite a lengthy list. If you see save, or save as, or open image in new tab, try doing/clicking/selecting one of those. Opening in a new tab is often the best first course of action, as it will then display the image full size, and you can determine if it is worth saving. Then you go to that tab, right beside the one you were in, and right click the image again to save it. You get to choose where you want to put it, so having folders specifically dedicated for images is a good idea. You also get to choose what you want to call it. Giving it a name is better than a long string of numbers, but don't change the name of any animated gif.

You're not alone. I showed the mister, and the of the guys, how to navigate the controls in Al Madden Football when it first came out, knowing they would catch on and eventually surpass my skill in the execution of all the functions. I won a few games for a time, using the SF team with Young at QB and Rice at WR but, it my winning streak didn't last very long. :/

I did on my wedding day. Haha.

And for a few other weddings I was in.

Don't know when the next occasion will be.
