I have a problem caused by my medicine. It causes really high prolactin levels. That plus my BMI is waay to high.
I have things that could solve the prolactin but struggle to make it happen.

One, is reducing the BMI to normal. I am borderline with my problem, and reducing the fat might fix my problem.

The other, is a new medicine just came out, I might be able to switch to it, which would reduce the fat and also stop the bad side effect. Problem with the new medicine is it has over 15% chance of causing me bad side effect, which would require me stopping the medicine. The other, the medicine cost $1660 each month. I might not be able to get it, even though my current medicine literally causes death.

There is hope in the distance for the medicine, it's a noval drug with competition on the way. The drug patent for the ingredients is expired, which allows other companies to make it. There is drug companies who are saying they too are going to make it, but make it affordable. They have to get done with clinical trials. Phase I. They said they can get it out sooner because they can use public data from the other drug.

And also for the 15% chance of side effects, there is yet another medicine which has different chemical, which would not have that risk. It much long time from now before it's ready.

The competition is only in Phase I clinical trials. It takes years to get done with all three phases, which is a requirement from the FDA.

My goal is to get a girl friend, so I can maybe have that church, that God said I could have, if I wanted it. My goal is to take the fight back to the enemy. In God's way and God's timing.

That's great that you have a goal and motivation. That's a good start.
Personally, in my families experiences, the drugs ruined their health. God gave us nutrition and healthy lifestyle practices to work with our amazing bodies. They function properly when we implement those small achievable goals each day and week. Over time they add up.

On the other hand, the medical industry is solely motivated by money. That is why they steer people away from nutrition and to chemicals until they can talk them into high dollar surgeries. Even in death, they milk all the money that can from the victims they call patients and the insurance those patients are directed by.

I am from a medical family, but rejected the chemical/ pharmaceutical model a long time ago. I don't reject 100% of all use of medicines for everyone, but they are not a replacement for a proper Godly way of life. It sounds like you care enough about yourself to investigate. You are already aware of the dangerous diet drugs Drs push like candy at Halloween. That's more than most people do. People in general have a propensity to trust idols. This part of their sins nature is tempted to be lazy and trust those who they perceive to be authorities on heath. The fact is that those who call themselves "health care professionals" rarely are. However, like good con men they CONvince way too many people to part with their money.

For the love of money is the root of all evil.

Be encouraged because the Lord takes us where we are at and is a present help in time of need.
The Lord created us with the order and complexity exceeding the supercomputers mankind is amazed about. He knows how to help us improve. The solutions are usually a lot of simple things put into practice.
Seek His guidance.
Apply what He reveals to you.
The more you apply, the more He will direct. Ask and it shall be given unto you.

Scripture says to "seek first the Kingdom of God" so we must put this are the MOST IMPORTANT THING TO DO. Then all the rest of life begins to be set right. Seeking God our Father first and His Righteousness will give use a priority to live by! That is to love Him above all else. Then love for God and His son, and for His Kingdom motivates us to be self-controlled, given to righteousness! Pursue God first and all these things will be added to you!

Father help this man to find You in a new and powerful way! To love You with all his heart! To find his strength in relationship with You! You supply all our need if we give You all our lives! Father TOUCH him now and move on His heart and show him how real You are!! Amen!

The medicine increases prolactin because of how it works, it messes with dopamine. Plus, when you have high BMI, your prolactin levels go up too. Another factor is I am over 40 years old now, that alone changes prolactin. It's believed I might be ok if I can just get the fat out of here.

That medicine doesn't sound good for you I pray you lose weight that sounds like the only way for now. As for losing weight, I don't know if you want to change your diet, but this worked for me.

I eat fruit in the morning to get the brain working, and sometimes a smoothie.

then at noon, It's oatmeal with berries/ or 1/3c yogurt in winter/ pancakes/ or a sweet bean bun

The dinner I eat what I want just not a huge amount.

When I first got on this diet 6 years ago I ate a lot of bean veggie soups and bread dipped into a vinegar/jam mixture. I Lost 20 pounds in the first month.

guide
carbs 1/4 cup to 1/2 per meal
protein 1/2 cup of beans/meat per day
veggies as many as you want
fruits 1.5 to 2 cups daily
Oil 1-2 Tbs per day
sugar 2 Tbs per day

Start intermittent fasting right away. Do not eat anything before 1 PM and nothing after 6 PM. Watch the melt away and your health conditions improve.. cut out the sugars and refined sugars if you can eat a good amount of protein and Whole Foods


Keep a journal write down everything you eat every single meal every single day and the times you eat it as this will help with accountability

I will do this. 1PM - 6PM, I should be able to do this. Well, I might have to to do 12pm - 5pm cause of work.

beans have been shown to regulated hormones, eating them may also help.
