You know, I'm not a stranger to long term battles...it's been going on for me for most all of my life and I'll consider sharing a little bit if you think it'd help you feel less alone.

I can say that I wouldn't recommend sleeping pills (as I presume that is what you meant by "sleeping tables" in a previous post)...there really aren't any safe ones if you are dealing with stuff like this.

Outside some chamomile, lavender, lemongrass and "maybe" a few other mild herbs you should be VERY aware of what you use to sleep and AVOID anticholinergic drugs (benadryl, nyquil, zzquil, etc.). I'm not going to go in depth publicly about "why" but I'm willing to private message you and I think you'll be reasonably convinced that it may be exacerbating the issue. That seems like a good starting place if you still use them.

I get that low sleep vs nightmares is a tough choice but there's a lot to be said and this is just one small element of "life" that I'm battling through. In fact, I stayed up WELL past when I intended so I'll have to stop.

Just something to consider.
Amen.
Jesus created the herbs that are sometimes necessary for the fallen imperfect body.
I had some traumatic experiences this past week or so. It's hard to fall asleep with important things on the mind. Rather than seeking some so called expert's help in the mental "health" field to Rx a dangerous sleeping drug and antidepressant, I chose something that many of them would mock .
I let the Holy Spirit bring comfort through His Word, fix my mind upon the blessings of the Father and buy a box of tea bags that contains what Jesus made. For $2 there's almost three weeks of tea like Mom made me when I went through childhood traumatic events and could not sleep well. It was safe enough then without a doctor's Rx and likewise now. There are a list of herbs that I want to grow in my raised bed garden for culinary and personal health. I only say all this to attest to the personal efficaciousness of God's solutions as opposed to the problems man's so called "cures" cause with the century plus of "great achievements of medical science." I know you are very aware of God's solutions. Perhaps others will read this and be blessed by your recommendation.

Please help me I am age forty six now from the age of nineteen for the next twenty seven years I have been constant attack on me from Satan’s demons it had robbed me of my whole life and they block every path to stop me from getting on with my life I have never heard of anybody else going through what I’ve gone through why I am going through this please help me.
I had about five visions from God also
If you have been saved, received the Lord's salvation, then the Lord's blood should cover and protect you from demonic attack. Simply calling on the Lord's name should send any demonic attack fleeing -- Lord Jesus!

However, if you are a born again, blood washed Christian who calls on the name of Jesus and yet you are still under demonic attack it is because you have idols in your house. There is something idolatrous that allows them to continually attack you.

It could be a "picture of Jesus" or a crucifix, it could be a Buddha or even an album to one of these demon worshipping music groups.

Put on praise and worship music in your house, that should send them fleeing, read the Bible, throw away the idols.

If someone appears to you, say an angel, ask them what they think of Jesus Christ, who is He. Demons and fallen angels will be exposed by that question and true servants of God will also be revealed by their answer.

The demonic attacks made against may have been a blessing in disguise, through my sufferings, I have become more and more like Jesus, I am a beloved child of God.

The whole thing was about the cross of Jesus Christ when I saw our lady,

I hope you’re not being an easy target by not absorbing the word of God, feast yourself in scripture, it will build a faith shield that will deflect all of the enemy’s attacks.

to cast out demons, you must be a born again Christian. the devil has no power against a Christian unless the Christian lets him. but know this: anyone who is a new born again Christian will be attacked by the devil often because the devil doesn't want anybody joining God's team. find a Christian pastor or very experienced Christian to help you. when I'm attacked by the devil i just simply say, " devil, you flee in Jesus name"!!! & i say it with a smile. & sure enough, he's gone, 90% of the time, instantly!. have fun with it, make it comical when you cast him out!. never be IN a problem, be THRU it!! remember James 4:7- "submit yourselves, therefore to God, RESIST the devil & he will flee from you". never fight him, that's what he wants, resist him!!!!!

She comes back from time to time, adds a comment about demons, boosting up the post. She has not taken our advice, and has not improved. I take this post with a big grain of salt. I've been around since 2011, and I'm very tired of this post popping up, with the same old, same old. I new post should be started, with how she has improved, with the help of the Holy Spirit! I've given up on that, & believe the post should be closed!

I apologize for feeling that way. I will always pray for you. Please pray for me and others.

The evil one, the reason why he wants you to stay up all night so he can stop your daily routine, he can now wreck havoc on your life.

I know this because he done it to me. For 40 years.

Wow. Reading karen0123's plea for help sends me in several directions at once. If there is one thing I might interject with absolutely no desire to offend a single person is for each here to be careful not to fling out your first thoughts before you yourself have prayed carefully; if not with others in prayer; so as not to offend another while believing you are helping. Giving advice while reciting God's Word is something man has been doing incorrectly for as long as man has been created and without Spiritual wisdom each and every one of us here can get caught up in this. It is especially obvious that it happens in every social chat format whether Christian or not. Even in Christ's name man often gives advice that doesn't fit the situation or even fit the recited scripture, especially when our own imagination judges the situation in a manner which isn't part of the issue at all. I have no idea who any of you are or to what extent God has led you through the years, and have no idea if any who have responded to karen0123's plea for help has done so with total support of God's Spirit or not. But I can say my spirit has cringed more than once at the things I have read in chat here, though this not at all proof either that my reaction is any more secure than another's. One thing I have come to believe is that part of God's image within us is that our words create at the level in which God gave us. It is my belief that each and every single word in fallen man's control can either bring good or evil, many times even without our realizing it. Don't think for a moment that even in Christ we can't error in the words we release. I have responded in this manner because I relate to karen0123's plea and the account in which she has defined above, and all too often have been slapped with people's good intentions when frankly they hadn't clue one what my actual situation was because their humanity got in the way of their need to listen to God's Spirit before they spouted out their offense. Even good advice and God's scripture ought to be carefully delivered so that errant wording doesn't counter the good work one hopes to achieve in Christ.

Thank you for saying this, may God bless you in all that you do.

Hello fellow Christian.

Luke chapter 10
Use name of Jesus to order Satan and evil spirits away from you.

Satan is after those who have Holy Spirit.
Who have spiritual growth

Your threat to him. Satan wants God's children under the same penalty he's under.

Read Nehemiah chapter 6

Tactics of the enemies.
Slander
Fear
Intimidate
Infiltrate
Persecution
Its psychological warfare on Christianity.

Ive been under attack recently. False brethren are spies and agents for Satan. They have unclesn Spirit. They don't have holy Spirit.

Use Jesus name and order Satan and evil spirits away from you. Get behind me Satan and evil spirits in name of Jesus !!!.

Hes trying to break your Spirit. Hang tough. We're close to 6th Trump. Satan as antichrist will come 6th Trump.

Ephesians chapter 6, have on gospel of armour, it's knowledge and wisdom of God's word. Spiritual warfare is coming. Its words, concepts, and ideas. Satan as antichrist will deceive many people by lies and deception.

You remember Exodus. Where God delivered Israel from pharaoh, of Egypt. Jesus is coming 7th Trump, to gather his children. The enemies will go to sheol. It's holding place for the wicked until judgment Day.

Psalm chapter 9 to document, wicked go to hell.

Peace.

It is very important that you are a born-again Christian. Why? Because then you have authority over those suckers. God gave us the means through Jesus to cast them out, and shew them away.

If you aren't a born again Christian, this won't help you at all:

God told us to speak to the mountain (Matthew 21:21). He also told us to resist the devil, and if we do so, he WILL flee (James 4:7). Also, the devil and his lackeys only have as much power as you give him. As soon as Jesus died and then became resurrected, death lost its power. How does one give him power? By empowering him with words and actions. Be mindful of what you do. Bu more importantly, if you need something to say, say this: "In Jesus' name, Satan, get behind me!" or "In the name of Jesus, Satan, get away from me!" Something along the lines of that. And to resist means to actively fight against. If Satan resists one dose of the Holy Ghost, he won't be able to withstand two!

Like I said, if you aren't a born again Christian, this won't help. God bless you, Karen, and remember: God is bigger than anything out there, and He loves you.
I’ve currently been dealing with this for a year now. I’m a born again Christian but have been super isolated the past year, so I’ve been experiencing a ton of spiritual attacks, to the point where I feel like I’m dying and can’t do anything about it. My mother acts like there is nothing wrong with a 36 year old man stuck to his bed for an entire year. She is completely oblivious. So I did what you instructed the other person to do and I still feel like the weight hasn’t been lifted off of me. I’ve been battling this for an entire year, ever since I quit my job cause I was having mental health issues, watched a rated r movie and got hooked on pornography. I just repented sexual immorality a month ago but feel like the evil spirit has consumed this house hold. I’ve been going strong but there is definitely a heavy weight on me and maybe unresolved past trauma that I need to process with my therapist. I’m literally in scripture daily, for two years now and it just seems like Satan has infiltrated this house hold. No one at the house reads the Bible or pursues God like I do. They get absolutely no attacks and if they do, my mother drinks hard alcohol and energy drink to be consumed by spirits. My main concern is my younger brother but I feel like I failed my witness to him. I am not apart of any church community except this website. I’ve only briefly had church community as a follower but I haven’t a clue on how to be accepted again to a church, only by invitations or on a date but spiritually I feel spiritually blocked from going to any church. So when ever I’m invited, I make the most of each experience.

1. The name of Jesus Christ will cause all demons to flee. That is a very powerful name that we have.

2. Pornography is a portal that allows evil spirits to invade your mind. The mind set on the flesh is death. So you need to deal with this absolutely. Repenting of the sin is a good first step. But cut off every avenue. If you even have "the devoted thing" in your house it will give an opening for you to be attacked. I'm not talking about the others, simply the things in your room. If the tv is a portal, get rid of it, if the computer is then you need to deal with that as well. I understand that you use the computer to access this website. Well, get some software that they use to block websites, block all the pornography sites, then change the password with a very long, complicated password that you cannot remember.

3. You have to be a member of a church fellowship. Be bold, be courageous and pray that the Lord lead you to the church. Put your life into His and trust that He will lead you to the fellowship you need.

4. Time in the word every day is essential. But so is fellowship with others, prayer and worship.

I ended up downloading the Convenant Eyes app and put it on the strongest blocker on all of my devices. That means, not only does it block pornographic websites but it blocks YouTube, Reddit and explicit language. So everything is secure except my smart TV which doesn't have that app. I don't even use my smart TV, except for maybe having it as an extended screen for my laptop and my laptop has the blocker on it. I have Apple TV 4K on the TV, so maybe it has Covenant Eyes as an option or maybe I can find some way to turn on parental controls as just another barrier of entry.

I also have an old friend who just came back into my life who claims he is a Christian but whores around with all sorts of women, so maybe if I cut ties with him, this will all be over and I can move forward. I know according to scripture, we aren't supposed hangout with anyone who is sexually immoral because it can taint us. I pray that he leaves me alone or God removes him from my life. He just started going back to college, so hopefully he has no time for me. I can always block him on Facebook and block his phone number from contacting me. I have known the guy since 4th grade, we we're best friends growing up but ever since I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior, he vanished and then when I slipped back to pornography, he came back into my life again, inviting me to a night club and suggesting we go to more events. Just seems like a nightmare. I understand there are consequences to sin though but if I knew it would be a year of spiritual attacks. I probably would have never gave in.

I know of the church I have to go to. I just need to go. They have an event every Tuesday called Celebrate Recovery that a fellow brother in Christ and my Christian therapist has recommended. All I have to do is escape this house on Tuesday and just be apart of it. They even have an online meeting on Wednesday afternoons but it is most likely 100% better in person.

Another thing I can do is delete all of the Christian dating apps on my phone that I recently downloaded. Those things seem to be nothing but trouble when you have mind set on the flesh.
