Just like many types of vegetarians, there are many types Christians.

I could start the ball rolling with the "Pick and mix Christians" like you get at supermarkets, where you can pick your item and select how much you wanted to put in the bag. These pick & mix Christians only want out of the bible what tweaks their interest, to whatever amount.

Then there is the Anti-Jesus Christians, I like to go to church to distress from the rest of the week, almost as if I am getting a sample of what it might be like in heaven, I was told at one Seventh Day Adventist (SDA) church, "Oh well!! some people get stressed out during the week and when they get to church, they let it go". I do not think this is good enough, and is that the reason people go to church for the first time and never want to go back.

Then we get the "Abusive Christians" early part of 2023 there was a lot of cancelled public buses in Auckland New Zealand, because one company had a lot of drivers working past retirement, they decided to go into retirement instead of taking the untested covid poke. I was one of the few if not the only on that went to a SDA church by bus, I got told off for being late, Other churches I have been to, say, "We are just happy people come to our church, it would be good if they got here on time" three consecutive buses cancelled, then I would have to take a second bus, and not sure when that would arrive. The first time I went to a new SDA church for the first time, The bus any went past the end of the road once every hour, I was not sure when their doors was going to open and did not want to stay outside in the near winter conditions for the best part of a hour , I got told told off for being late, it would have gone down better if they said "We will be praying for you that you get here closer to X:yz am next week when the doors open." Then I would feel like that was more like a christian church.

There there is "I only want to go to heaven Christian" They have no respect for your values, I got asked repeatedly by the church that told we off for been late, to stay for lunch, I said "do not eat from Friday lunch time to Sunday breakfast time, And still got repeatedly asked to stay for lunch.

Then there is the "Hoodwinker Christians" They violate the ten commandments to tell lies about other churches to make their church look better.

Then there is the "Stay at home Christians" that has had so much anti Jesus baggage from going to church that just want your money, I am sick of it and all their crap that goes with it.

I am sure I might have missed more " ............... Christians"

How about "Real Christians" who ignore all the church baggage and goes to services to worship God. Many times they reject church and human made doctrines and seek truth as best they can. They realize we live in a fallen world with faulty churches and sinful people, yet still go out every day to pursue God's will in their lives. In the First Testament God refers to these people as a remnant. There aren't many but they are there.

What we see a lot on the forum is Griping Christians. They use their Christianity as a measuring stick so they can have excuses to complain about everyone around them, including and even ESPECIALLY other Christians.

When rereading your post I am brought to think in terms of the fulfillment of the prophesy about how those who have chosen evil over good will believe lies. I see this everywhere today.
Another reminder to is of where it is written in the last days I will call my children out of her. I believe that "her" is a reference to the great Harlot" and all of her children, let he who reads understand.

Depends how you define "Christian".
I would venture to guess that most who say they are Christian don't have a clue what that word really means because they put their own definition on the word.
