As I have already posted several times, the debate was a set-up and scam from the start.
And as usual, @JayBird is rushing to the defense of the conspirators and bad actors.

He always does. You know.....bad trees and all of that.

Mat 7:17
“Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit.
Well, I think even a fair minded, open minded, non-Christian (which I know and they do exist even though a Calvinist may disagree) can plainly see what transpired and how Trump was set up.

Then he has an agenda, and the agenda is more important then being ethical and fair minded if @JayBird defends bad actors, simple as that.

Yup. And the agenda, despite his rank as useful idiot, is conjoined with the desire for the $$$ Benjamins $$$.

Cv5,

You know you are sinning calling someone an idiot.

22 But I say, if you are even angry with someone,[a] you are subject to judgment! If you call someone an idiot,[b] you are in danger of being brought before the court. And if you curse someone,[c] you are in danger of the fires of hell..

LOL. No no no. You desperately need an education bro.

"USEFUL" IDIOT. Like you know......Boxer in Animal Farm.

A useful idiot or useful fool is a pejorative description of a person, suggesting that the person thinks they are fighting for a cause without fully comprehending the consequences of their actions, and who does not realize they are being cynically manipulated by the cause's leaders or by other political players.[1][2] The term was often used during the Cold War to describe non-communists regarded as susceptible to communist propaganda and psychological manipulation.[1] A number of authors attribute this phrase to Vladimir Lenin, but this attribution is not supported by any evidence. Similar terms exist in other languages.

The term useful idiot, for a foolish person whose views can be taken advantage of for political purposes, was used in a British periodical as early as 1864.[3] In relation to the Cold War, the term appeared in a June 1948 New York Times article on contemporary Italian politics ("Communist shift is seen in Europe")

So why are you not talking about the useful idiots on the other side of the aisle?

One does not talk TO a useful idiot. You talk AT a useful idiot.

Because, you see, they are far too psychologically damaged to relate to the real world.

Is it something wrong with your reading comprehension?
The subtle nuances of humor and irony often escape the psychologically damaged useful idiots.

good morning, Dan. what's happening is we're seeing Cloward and Piven play out in real time before our very eyes.

overwhelm the system, create chaos, force a political crisis. it's being done very effectively, stealthily, and yes, craftily, and most of us don't appear to realize it.

this is what Mr. Obama meant by "fundamental transformation". if the Lord doesn't, in some way, put a stop to it, i believe it will be the end of the Republic.

I remember Glen Beck talking about this. He prepared a lot of people for what was coming. He had the Clintons, Obama and Soros down pat.

Breaking! Florida based, official international fact checking org, is funded by the US State Dept! And it operates in the United States too! This is a massive scandal!

The State Department, who legally can’t operate in the US, has been funding US fact checking since 2015! Yes, it’s earliest days!

The news orgs that operate under the IFCN flag, such as the Washington Post, do the leg work. Which then results in posts on Facebook etc being labeled and the algorithms throttling the post.

This official international fact checking org is also partnered with Google. Poynters IFCN was funded by the CIA linked, State Dept NED and Omidyar grants.

A Clintonite is calling ABC out and saying the debate needs to be investigated. o_O
Right. So are several CNN commentators and analysts. And Trump hater Jake Tapper has asked why Harris refuses to answer any questions. The answer is obvious, since she has no HONEST answers. Everyone on the Left loves Communism so much that they have all given her a pass. but even a Leftist has said that this strategy will not work. And Chris Wallace has said that there is a zero chance that she will come on Fox News to debate Trump. She would definitely not get a pass.

People have been saying that if Biden were to resign and have Kamala take over the presidency it would be a good thing for her. But the truth is that the minute that would happen, she would be held fully responsible for all of Biden's disastrous policies. She could no longer talk about a "New Way Forward". What a joke. They have the gall to say that Harris/Walz want to "protect" our fundamental freedoms!

And that’s the key point we need to stick to during this campaign. You can’t deny that he fits that definition. And when they criticize us for drawing similarities between Trump and Hitler, we need to point out that Hitler was a Demagogue according to the definition and so is Trump. It’s impossible not to compare the two.
If you make comparisons like this on a public forum without any regard as to who is reading this or what their mental state is, does that make you partially guilty for people acting on what you are saying and going out and trying to assassinate Trump?

You posted this July 25, 2024. That is after the first assassination attempt. Surely after the first attempt people should have been more concerned about spreading hate speech and inciting people to violence.

From Wikipedia

A demagogue (/ˈdɛməɡɒɡ/; from Greek δημαγωγός, a popular leader, a leader of a mob, from δῆμος, people, populace, the commons + ἀγωγός leading, leader),[1] or rabble-rouser,[2][3]is a political leader in a democracy who gains popularity by arousing the common peopleagainst elites, especially through oratory that whips up the passions of crowds, appealing to emotion by scapegoating out-groups, exaggerating dangers to stoke fears, lying for emotional effect, or other rhetoric that tends to drown out reasoned deliberation and encourage fanatical popularity.[4] Demagogues overturn established norms of political conduct, or promise or threaten to do so.[5]: 32–38

Historian Reinhard Luthin defined demagogue as "a politician skilled in oratory, flattery and invective; evasive in discussing vital issues; promising everything to everybody; appealing to the passions rather than the reason of the public; and arousing racial, religious, and class prejudices—a man whose lust for power without recourse to principle leads him to seek to become a master of the masses. He has for centuries practiced his profession of 'man of the people'. He is a product of a political tradition nearly as old as western civilization itself."[6]: 3
Demagogues have appeared in democracies since ancient Athens. Demagogues exploit a fundamental weakness in democracy: because ultimate power is held by the people, it is possible for the people to give that power to someone who appeals to the lowest common denominator of a large segment of the population.[5]: 31–71 Demagogues have usually advocated immediate, forceful action to address a crisis while accusing moderate and thoughtful opponents of weakness or disloyalty. Many demagogues elected to high executive office have unraveled constitutional limits on executive power and tried to convert their democracy into a dictatorship, sometimes successfully.
Garbage. Just the usual garbage.
