Here in town, there have been cats found in local ethnic restaurants freezers, so I don't understand how Americans are in denial about the criminal invaders eating pets. I thought it was common knowledge we all joked about.

There is nothing racist about exposing the evil deeds of the Haitians (who should not even be in Springfield). Or any of the criminal illegal immigrants. That independent journalist will provide the evidence in a full-length documentary

If immigrants are killing pets to eat because they are hungry then you can be sure they will continue doing so for the next seven weeks. As that happens they will realize Harris is lying about this and Trump was telling the truth. On the other hand if there are not anymore stories about this it will be seen as a gaff for Trump. However, I doubt this will have a bigger impact than what he said about McCain in 2016, so this is simply trivial in the grand scheme of things.
If the economy is strong then Harris will get a boost from that and if that is in fact a lie, then Trump will get a very big boost. When things are good people are complacent, when they are bad they will vote.
What will help Harris the most is if the economy is strong, people are making a lot of money, and all the immigrants are hard workers and not involved in criminal activity. The situation in Aurora Colo., Springfield Oh, El Paso Tx, and Chicago are much more serious for the Harris campaign than whether or not Trump was mistaken about pets being eaten.

I think it's extremely revealing that of all the things from the debate that Trump's base is defending and doubling down on, it's his obvious attempt to stir up racial resentment via a very fake story about Haitian immigrants.

The comment Trump made about American pets being eaten by foreign invaders is spun so over the top by the Communist/C👁️A run media that the average sleepwalking American is easily misled.
They use the exact same tactic on Alex Jones and have since he started broadcasting on shortwave, and local TV in the 90s.
This things are proven true, but the media hacks deflect to some knat to swallow a camel.
People believe what they want to believe and WILL not be persuaded.
After the first and second admonision I move on. I already have been harmed seriously and close to being killed by decisions made by those I love and wouldn't give up on. I decided not to stress over strangers.

On the contrary they have nothing to lose and everything to gain. I can see two weeks from now photographic evidence making front page news of immigrants eating cats and dogs. If they don't make a big deal of this now no one would care in two weeks. But if they do and then get this story it will be front page news and it will highlight how our "Border Czar" had put all of our loved pets in peril. Since Harris' base is made up of cat ladies this will be devastating to her campaign.
