Almost no main stream media coverage. Nothing on Fox either that I could find.

The youtube poster is hyper excited.

Yes, it came about five minutes after the Donald started whining about the NY Times publishing a story about him on page 17 instead of page 1. Then he went into a tirade about how unfair the media is to him generally. If you read the transcript at the point where the guy starts climbing the barrier, Trump says a couple of times: "That's okay, he's on our side"; and "We get a little itchy David, don't we." (David McCormick, who also spoke at the rally.) I wouldn't be surprised if the guy was a plant.
