As I posted earlier, cracking down on corporate price gouging is neither "price control" nor communist.
Yes it is. This is a BOGUS narrative. There is no "corporate price gouging" in a free market economy with lots of competitors. If you still cannot see the deception, it means you have chosen to be deceived. Or have no clue about the market.

Let.s take just one example of how THE GOVERNMENT -- with its fiscal policies, wasteful spending, and printing billions of dollars on paper without any tax base has created inflation, not bogus "price gouging" (blaming business for the sins of the government.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics tracks inflation. Let's take milk as one commodity and see what "Bidenomics" (also Kamalanomics) did to the price of milk. In 2018 (under Trump) the average price per gallon was $2.45. In 2022 (within just 4 years) it was $4.11 per gallon.

So lets look at the actual increase in price (not the hocus pocus of government published inflation figures. 4.11/2.45 = 1.67755 (or in round numbers 1.7).
https://www.in2013dollars.com/Milk/price-inflation/1997-to-2024?amount=3

Multiply that by 100 to get the percentage increase and what do we have. A PRICE INCREASE OF 170%! Did anyone's wages go up by 170%? Would people have had to cut back on milk (and all groceries) because Biden chose to destroy America? And is Harris not another Biden clone, but even more deceptive?

Now there are at least 10 milk brands in the USA, and all compete with each other. Do you seriously believe one producer would jack up his price by 170%, and lose all his business? This is a free market economy now facing a Communist regime.

So all foreign aid is detrimental?

If you can't support your claims, that's a you problem.
Well if you consider Iran hates us and is developing a nuclear weapon and attacking our ally Israel and that all the money we gave to Ukraine could have been spent to the American's peoples benefit instead, yea pretty detrimental.

Well I already did, so again if you want to be blind and be led by blind guides I'll just let you alone and fall in the ditch with them as that is your problem, not mine.

Let's see your evidence for that.
Your demand for evidence is as bogus as Kamala's fake laughter. When you see the evidence you refuse to accept it but jump to something else. Another troll for Harris on CC.

You've never heard of price gouging in a capitalist economy? Really?

Again, post pandemic inflation was a global phenomenon, with the US actually doing much much better than a lot of other countries. We've actually managed to get inflation down to normal levels without going through a recession, something many economists are still impressed by.

If our inflation was solely due to Biden's policies, how did they also create worse inflation elsewhere in the world?

We didn't give foreign aid to Iran.

So I take it you're against any and all foreign aid, correct?

Well now you're playing games. America gave Iran money, money that Trump had actually blocked them from getting, it was one of the first things Biden did actually, and look how that turned out now 3 years later.

I'm not against foreign aid if it benefits America's interests and is reasonable. The moeny spent Ukraine is unreasonable by reason that America has no real direct itnerest nor any direct benefit for it as well as the amount given to them in entirely unreasonable for America being in an incredibly poor economic position. Just think logically, that money could have funded another Trump stimulus for all the American people to help them weather these tough times created by the democrats.

Is there any evidence of this? 107 posts in 3 days, virtually every single one focuses on the horrors of MAGA including his testimony. At this rate he'll post 12,775 posts a year, all about politics on a Christian forum.

Seller's inflation, which has been researched is a thing.

Weber’s research demonstrates that even in “competitive” markets, rival companies replicate the price increases of their competitors so that they do not miss out on an opportunity to profit.

Of course, it happens when you have a situation that gives the business a monopoly on the market. Often it happens in times of shortages like a natural disaster. So Kamala is admitting that the Biden administration has been a disaster. I don't think anyone denies that, what has us concerned is having a woman who seems to have never gotten past 1st grade trying to captain the US as we navigate the very perilous waters of bankruptcy and war.

We had a similar event in our little church..

It basically came down to one camp who felt compelled to weigh in, condemn, and break off relationships, and another camp who was more like "it's none of our business, and we love you".

I was in the latter.
I come somewhere in the middle of that. I told him I loved him and would be praying for him. But I couldn't agree with his path, it's a matter of his soul. I feel the worst for his little daughter. I believe the Bible talks about a strong delusion and I believe we are in that time now. But I do not believe condemning a person does anything but push them away. Again, it's a very fine line to walk.

The money was Iran's to begin with, and was held frozen in a S. Korean account. After the deal was reached to free American prisoners from Iran, the money was transferred to Qatar where they and the Swiss oversaw it (to ensure it was specifically spent on food, medicine, etc.).

I'm not against foreign aid if it benefits America's interests and is reasonable. I think supporting our allies is important, especially when we do so in cooperation with our other allies. It's a good way to maintain unity in the face of Russian aggression.

So what I hear you saying is that the reason you see the economy as so bad is because of inflation.
The economy is so bad because everything costs so much more. For many reasons..
Are you aware that the post-pandemic inflation was a global phenomenon, with many countries experiencing much, much higher rates than the US?
And this is supposed to help me understand how?
Are you aware that the US seems to have actually pulled off the economic "soft landing" where we've brought inflation down to normal levels without having to also go through a recession?
Are you aware that this is not true.. again, Go out and talk to some real people stop watching the news..

EVERYTHING costs so much more than it did 4 years ago Inflation has not dropped the economy is not better.
I can provide citations and data if you're interested.
So I should believe this more than what I witness with my own eyes?

Yes, crime has dropped significantly across the US. I can provide you data on that if you'd like.

And if you have data showing it's actually increasing, then please post it so I can take a look at it. Thanks.
lol.. You can't believe everything you see my friend.

That's the point. Just because one's dad is X doesn't mean their kids are automatically X too.
Your right,

However, when you listen to trump speak over the past decade, you would know trump does not follow his dads racism.

You can;t say this about Kamila,, Everything she has ever said just proves she is her fathers child

Yes I have. If you have specific info, then please post it.
lol.. Not sure what you are seeing, But I have seen alot.. The problem is, you will nto see it on the maintstream news. They hide this stuff, Like they hid how bad Biden was.

Socialism always leads to communism.
They do not understand,

When you start giving the working mans money away to people who refuse to work. their will eventually be a civil war. So before this happens. Those in charge have to militarily take over to prevent this civil war that is coming.

They do not look at history.. everyone just thinks thats the best option. when it is no option.

Obama gave Iran.....everything they ever wanted.
Furthermore, it is common knowledge in the intelligence community that Obama was doing tons of deals with Iran thru back channels. And likely still doing deals.

Obama is Irans best ally.

Remember when Biden's puppet masters reinstated it? Remember the billions of dollars and pallets of cash sent to Iran by Obama and Biden? https://t.co/YxqUCipkLT" / X
