I gotta say, I'm not sure why you guys seem to be coming off as so upset about the situation. I mean clearly, according to your assessments she hasn't a chance of winning. What? Do you want the Democratic party to put out a stronger contender? Why? Have I gone through some space continuum that now the GOP wants to make sure that the democratic party runs a better candidate than this loser that you all seem to agree that VP Harris is? Don't you want the democratic party to put up a loser, no good candidate that's worse than yours? Isn't that how you see VP Harris?

God bless,
Ted
By this logic, why did the Democrats fight so hard to keep Trump from running for president if he's so bad? This is a win for whoever they planned to install as the Democratic nominee after they agreed to eventually strongarm Joe Biden to drop out for re-election. Do they really want Republicans to put out a stronger candidate?

The big difference which goes over your head is that the people ACTUALLY voted for Trump and not for Kamala. You're correct in that she is a weaker candidate to other Democrats. I do disagree with the Republicans in that I think she is a stronger candidate than Biden. This is perhaps cope on their part. However, she is absolutely not the strongest candidate on the left though.

Your point is that we should cheer Kamala because she is a weak candidate, but my point is in spite of being a weak candidate, we have witnessed an abuse in the system where a candidate was installed in place of the incumbent president they said over and over again was mentally and physically competent to get the party nomination and run for re-election. I understand principles mean absolutely nothing to you and you believe we should just cheer for the opposing side's weaker candidate, but perhaps we can agree to just disagree on this point.

Didn’t Republicans try to impeach Biden and remove him from office?

And you upset because someone made a request?

They didn't make a request, they put him out of office. If fact, they weren't even that nice to him. They just knee caped him and installed Harris. Impeachment is a horse of a different color. But you know that.

I'm certain that you don't. Democracy doesn't appear to be important to you. Sorry, man.

You're totally right !! That's the thing that gets me about many Americans. I came here legally. I know more about America than most of them do. They scream about DEMOCRACY!!! But they don't know what it means. I can guarantee if the Republicans tried to change horses in this race, the Dems would be pulling their hair out, screaming about how democracy is dead and we're going to have a dictator. Yet it is happening right in front of their faces. An elected president has been told to stand down. They have stabbed him in the heart while patting him on the back. And now the Veep is president?? Don't any of you ever talk about a dictator, North Korea, or democracy again!! America is no longer a republic. Whether Harris wins or looses, America lost. And a lot of y'all don't even know or care. But those of us who came here, we see what was lost and it saddens our heart.

Hi @Smoke

I'm going to go with that question makes some sort of sense to you. That you believe the answer to that question answers why your upset over VP Harris taking over the front position in this race. I don't think it does. In other words, I don't think that your question does arise from the use of whatever logic it is that you believe has created my understanding. Hmmmm.

The answer to that question would actually indicate that you guys are just playin' gotcha. And that's exactly what I see is happening. So thanks for your response. No substance to the majority of your complaints, but it's a good 'gotcha' position.

God bless,
Ted

It has nothing to do with whether she wins or looses. It's not even really about her, it's just about her because she's the VP. It is about screaming about democracy and dictatorship out one side of their mouths and going against democracy out the other side of their mouths.

We have a political comedy show in Canada, I don't know if it's still running. They had a great laugh and couldn't believe that the majority of Americans couldn't find their own state on a map. When the public becomes so uneducated that they don't know why America is worth fighting for, literally giving their lives for, to protect what was bequeathed to them, we loose it. I guarantee you most high schoolers do not know America is a constitutional republic, not a democracy, let alone adults.

“It has been observed by an honorable gentleman, that a pure democracy, if it were practicable, would be the most perfect government. Experience has proved, that no position in politics is more false than this. The ancient democracies, in which the people themselves deliberated, never possessed one feature of good government. Their very character was tyranny; their figure deformity.”
Alexander Hamilton, Speech to Congress, June 21, 1788

Alexander Hamilton stated, “Real liberty is neither found in despotism or the extremes of democracy, but in moderate governments.”

Jefferson said, “The republican is the only form of government which is not eternally at open or secret war with the rights of mankind.”

Even Plato said “Dictatorship naturally arises out of democracy.”

“Remember, democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There is never a democracy that did not commit suicide.” John Adams

I think the following quote says it best “Democracy is like two wolves and a lamb voting on what to eat for lunch, but a republic is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote.”

Americans need to wake up. The easiest people in the world to take over are uneducated people. At least those who do not know why it's important to have the gov't we have. I hear so many complain about the electoral college and I think "they have no idea why it is important to them and why". smh It matters, whether it is Harris or anyone else. I'm no fan of Biden, but I do think what was done to him is shameful. But that's what happens in a "democracy". Off with his head and let's stick someone else in there. And what happens if Harris starts to loose when people see she's so empty headed she needs to steal her ideas from Trump, the one they said was Hitler and a dictator? It matters, that's why the founding fathers gave us a republic "if you can keep it". Well, you can't if you don't understand it.

I like to test people's logic. I just reversed it and you can't really refute anything. It doesn't hold up.

I actually play "Gotcha" with both Trump and Kamala. If the "Gotcha" is valid and based, how is it wrong to point out these failures/faults? In this scenario, I think what the Democrats did in order to install Kamala as the nominee is incredibly more "dangerous to democracy" than Trump speaking like a child sometimes. Anyways, calling out "Gotchas" to both sides is probably why there are only a few people who actually like me here.

Treason? What “they” do? And who exactly is “they”?
I consider the January 6th event and the pipe bomb at the DNC clearly the tip of the iceberg for treason. Unlike the useful idiots who simply parrot what the mainstream media tells them my reasoning is that this event was used to steal the election and put a stop to calls for an audit of the election. I am not talking about the fools who were trespassing in the capitol, I am talking about all those who spread lies about that event, who waved the people in, who left the pipe bomb, etc. When the videos came out that the cops were ushering the people around the building who were later charged with insurrection and convicted and prohibited from seeing the videos which would have exonerated them, then at that point it should have been crystal clear who the guilty party was.

We only know opinions here. We don't know each other personally. I always said if we sat down and talked face to face in a coffee shop I think we might all get to like RA. Joking, joking. I think we could get along for a lot of different reasons. We better if we all expect to end up in the same place!

This election is all about putting those responsible for treason in jail and executing them.

Look at how illogical, unreasonable and absurd is the gaslighting. No one in their right mind thinks Harris is a better candidate than Biden and everyone knows Biden had no chance to win and appeared to have dementia. In reality I suspect that we have still not learned the full truth. My point is they are desperate and their desperation is not simply about an election, it is about being found guilty of treason.
You say the corniest stuff. No treason was committed

Let's see how well this post ages. If you can still say the same thing in three months remind me so I can eat my words.
Treason is giving aid or comfort to an enemy in time of war. When did that happen

If there are no arrests and no military tribunals in the next three months then I will eat my words. Everyone needs to preserve their documents and not the way that Hillary did.

I'm with you. I'm expecting the treason to become overt by the time Trump is supposed to take power. And the overt military intervention will come after that.

But, I was wrong about the false flag terrorism on election day, so my record in this department is not exactly 100%...
