Howdy and welcome to the forum.

There's a lot to love about a lynx.

Cheetahs are fast but they have no endurance at all. They have to rest for up to half an hour after the hunt before they have the energy to eat.

Tigers are strong but slow. They have to wait for prey to wander close enough to pounce on.

House cats are nice to have as friends, but not really big enough to be useful. You have to do everything for them.

Lynx are a nice mix. Big enough to take care of themselves, small enough to eat mostly rabbits and rodents and stuff, and self-sufficient enough to not be dependent on anybody.

Besides they are much less likely to attack humans for no reason. Unless you are climbing the tree where a lynx happens to be taking a nap, you have nothing to fear from a lynx.

But this isn't a place to rhapsodize about lynx. This is a place to talk about music.
