Jesus does the healing. All we need to do is ask. However, God is not like an ATM where you enter a number and money comes out. Sometimes healing is blocked.
Anyone who is born again has the power and authority to pray for healing. I was desperately ill in hospital and it was during Covid. Visitors were strictly limited. My now wife was my only visitor. She prayed for me and I began to recover from that moment. One of the doctors expressed her amazement.
A few years before some friends prayed for me. I had a heart condition. They were not pastors. I was healed then also.
