I think that would have been brought up at Hunter's trial. Hunter wanted it back saying it was his. I think it is up to Hunter and Joe to defend their claim that it was Russian disinformation at this point.

I think anyone who thinks they have dived deep into the "facts" of any of these cases is a fool unless you are an attorney on what of the cases. Letting MSNBC or any other news outlet manipulate you on these is foolish.

The bottom line is that it is up to Joe Biden to defend his claim that the laptop was Russian disinformation. If he doesn't I'm not listening to Rachel Maddow or any of the others tell me anything.

The Laptop is not irrelevant, it is being used as evidence in trials with Hunter Biden, let him and his attorneys and his witnesses discredit it.

Also there are pundits who are daily accusing Biden of being a liar about the laptop, go ahead, sue them. If he doesn't that is as good as an admission of guilt.

Joe Biden's political campaign has $155 million, they have plenty of money to go sue people and claim this laptop is a lie. It is very damaging to the campaign that they don't. So until they come out and do that I'm not buying anyone tell me it is a lie.

I don't hold any special admiration for Hunter(hatred either) nor will I vote for Joe(nor did I in the past under Obama nor in 2020) that said though it is Hunters property tampered with or not I just think it would be real spooky to think the government could use a hard drive they know was tampered with and convict someone.

There are a lot of reasons why someone would not challenge the authenticity of the laptop and none of them are good and none of them would exonerate Hunter from wrong doing.

For example, I was given a speeding ticket, the cop said I was doing 35 in a 30 mph zone. This was not true, but I did not challenge it because the truth was I was doing 40. He did that so that I would not challenge the ticket.

If Joe and Hunter are not questioning the laptop and yet it has been tampered with it tells me the government has gone in there and hidden some of the most damning information.

The "hard drive" is whats important not the laptop. You can pull the hard drive out and put it in another laptop and the information remains the same(if it fits). The thing is it says things ,(if you have the HD's password or hack it) like "date last modified",,,"date last accessed",,,"date file created", ect.,,, that's the issue in that going by the dates the damming information is "after" Mac Issac,Giuliani,NYP ect. had possession of the hard drive.

Yep I watched it from one end to the other and ones just already too old(no offense he cant help that) and the others so close behind he couldn't stay focused on the question they were asking(again no offense he cant help that either)... I was touched when Biden came out and apologized for lying about the laptop four years ago, and also admitting that his handling of the border has been criminal. I'm glad he admitted he should never have mandated the vaccine and that sending $160 billion to Ukraine was probably a bad idea. He also agreed that his exit from Afghanistan could not have gone worse. The honesty was really surprising. I think that was when I woke up from my dream, but up to that point it was a really nice dream.
