Grief comes in unexpected ways grief does not let you know the exact date of its arrival. So when grief comes you must take it slow carefully one day at a time. It’s important to be with close family and friends to rely on for support and comfort. It’s important to think about the future and where will we be after death. It’s important to have a spiritual entity or something to believe in to go beyond what are own hands can reach. It is essential to believe in God for having Your trust in Him can help you carry the weight and the burden of the loss. Give your cares to God and look at the Psalms for prayers from the soul. If I cannot find the right words to pray I look at the Psalms and my faith increases and my spiritual vocabulary develops. It is also good to be thankful at all times for this revives the spirit.
