I like all kinds of taters... as evidenced by my "less-than-svelte" figure.... love tots with ketchup, seasoned curly fries, mashed, baked...hashed browns are great, if not over-cooked (hashed tans?)
One of my favorite taters, of course, is .... wait for it.....
