Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
I had gone to my new church home, XR Crossroads. I had boldly asked God for breakthrough in my pagan best friend roommate. I had the prayer team pray for him.
Days later, my pagan friend tells me, "I actually believe and think Yahweh and Jesus are real." He might have even said he loves Jesus some. Friends, no pagan on his own would ever think, let alone say anything like that.
Secondly, my best friend with whom I got baptized has been incarcerated for something he didn't do or already served time for. His wife, with whom we got baptized, and I have been running around like chickens with our heads cut off trying to make his bail. I had tried to use a lump sum for my retirement, she tried to sell her belongings, and I was about to pawn my video games, consoles, and movies in an attempt to. This went on for almost three weeks now. All of a sudden, my best friend's cellmate who got out sent his wife $600, which is $100 more than needed. This has just happened now.
She, he, and I were begging God, maybe even screaming. We had been praying hard. We had even given up, thinking He would just let it end on its own.
Moral of the Story (LOL): Be bold in your prayers, and engage in "shameless determination" for God's will and your requests.
God is SUPER Good! No, He is mightily great!!!
I had slept only 40 minutes last night, and she is now posting about how no one can tell her God is not real on social media! She is now listening to worship music on Spotify and sharing the songs with me!
Please pray hard!
Blessings, spiritual and even material, to you in Christ,
Brian S.
