Nebuchadnezzar’s Dream
The first prophetic account of the end time world
governing structure or Holy Roman Empire is found in
Daniel 2:31-45. It occurs when Nebuchadnezzar, king of the
Babylonian Empire, has a dream that neither he nor his
wise men can remember or interpret. However, God gives
Daniel a vision of the dream and the interpretation, which
he reveals to the king.

In the dream, Nebuchadnezzar saw a great statue with
a head of gold, breast and arms of silver, belly and thighs
of brass, legs of iron and the feet and toes were iron
mingled with clay. After this, he noticed a large stone
came and smashed the image on the feet, destroying
the entire structure.

The interpretation, revealed to the king in Daniel 2:36-45,
shows us the five metal sections of the image represent
the five empires that would rule the world from the time
of Babylon until the establishment of the Kingdom of God
upon the Earth.
The first empire was Nebuchadnezzar’s
Babylonian Empire (Head of Gold) which ruled from
604–539 B.C.

Then came the Media-Persian Empire
which lasted from 539–331 B.C. (Arms and Breast of Silver).

The third empire to rule the world between 331–197
B.C. was the Grecian Empire (Belly and Thighs of Brass).

The fourth was the Roman Empire from 197 B.C. – 284
A.D. (Legs of Iron). This empire was the strongest of all.
The last empire to rule the Earth will be the Holy Roman
Empire (Feet of Iron Mingled with Clay). This final empire,
which began in 800 A.D., will end at the Second Coming
of Jesus Christ (Large Stone) when He will destroy all the
governments of men.

This final empire will rule the entire Earth in the near
future. That being true and knowing we are in the end time,
the Holy Roman Empire must already exist. If so, what is
it today?


Holy Roman Empire
After the decline of the Roman Empire, it seemed that the
vision of a united Europe had all but died. However, that
dream was brought back to life when Pope Leo III crowned
Charlemagne, the first emperor of the Holy Roman Empire,
in 800 A.D. The Holy Roman Empire was designed
from the very beginning to rule Europe as a partnership
between politics and religion. Remember the feet of iron
mingled with clay in Nebuchadnezzar’s dream? The iron
symbolizes the political element, and the clay represents
the religious factor mixed in. The feet of iron mingled with
clay symbolizes the Holy Roman Empire!
After 800 A.D., the Holy Roman Empire dominated
Europe for the next 1,000 years. Its leadership was always
comprised of the most powerful political leader in Europe,
working alongside the strongest religious force in Europe,
the Roman Catholic Church.

Although many historians pronounced the Holy Roman
Empire dead after Napoleon defeated Francis II in 1806,
European and Vatican officials have never given up on
the dream of a Holy Roman Empire. That dream is now
being realized.

On Nov. 3, 2009, the last EU country, the Czech Republic,
ratified the Lisbon Treaty which became Europe’s first
constitution. This event was the rebirth of the Holy Roman
Empire! The last world empire (European Union) is now
reborn and waiting to take the reins of power.

End Time World Government
Another account of the end time world governing structure
is mentioned in Daniel 7 and Revelation 13.
Six hundred fifty years before John wrote the Book of
Revelation, the Prophet Daniel was given a vision of four
beasts that represented kingdoms or nations that would
exist at the time of the Second Coming of Christ. The four
beasts described in Daniel 7:4-7 and the modern nations
they symbolize are:
1) A lion with eagle’s wings — Great
Britain and the United States
2) A bear — Russia
3) A four-headed leopard — Germany and
4) A 10-horned beast — the reborn Holy Roman Empire or
the current European Union.

In Revelation, John uses these same symbols of nations
to describe the end time world government. In John’s
account, the four separate nations of Daniel 7 have federalized
into one large global governing body.

The interpretation is as follows:
“And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast
rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns,
and upon his horns” [European Union] “ten crowns, and
upon his heads the name of blasphemy. And the beast
which I saw was like unto a leopard,” [Germany] “and his
feet were as the feet of a bear,” [Russia] “and his mouth
as the mouth of a lion;” [Great Britain] “and the dragon,”
[Satan] “gave him his power, and his seat, and great
authority.” (Revelation 13:1-2)

This is a 2,000-year-old prophecy of the world government
that is currently being established. It is important to understand
the end time world government is a European-centered
world government. We know this because all the
prominent nations included in this prophecy are European
nations — Islam is not mentioned here.

After the prophesied World War III occurs, the world is
going to be devastated, burying well over 2 billion people.
The center for world power is going to shift from where it is
right now, mainly the United States of America for the last
several decades. It’s going to shift to Europe. It appears
that Europe, or at least part of it, may sit out the war. I
don’t know for sure. Nevertheless, they’re going to survive
the war, and they’re going to be stronger than ever.

The word they is similar to the fallen angels mixing with the daughters of men which produces strange flesh as found in Jude 6-7, giants in the earth, mighty men of renown (avengers😀). These beings may be the rulers of the ten kingdoms of the earth, agents of Satan.

43 And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay.

The vision of the statue in Daniel 2, and Daniel 7 is the same vision, and the same 4 kingdoms.

Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece, Roman Empire.

In the vision of a statue they are recognized as metals which goes from gold to iron which they became more inferior of a kingdom as each rose up with the metals becoming less valuable as each kingdom rose up.

There is a problem with saying that the eagle is Great Britain and the United States, the bear being Russia, the leopard being Greece.

The iron is the Roman Empire.

Dan 7:1 In the first year of Belshazzar king of Babylon Daniel had a dream and visions of his head upon his bed: then he wrote the dream, and told the sum of the matters.
Dan 7:2 Daniel spake and said, I saw in my vision by night, and, behold, the four winds of the heaven strove upon the great sea.
Dan 7:3 And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another.

These are 4 kingdoms that arise one after the other so the first one ruled, and after them came a second one, and then after them came a third one, and then a fourth.

Which when they ruled the one before it that ruled did not rule anymore.

But Russia and the Roman Empire could of not come after America.

Also these are kingdoms which means they were the majority power ruling the area in which all within their realm they ruled.

But America, Russia, and Germany are not kingdoms but nations.

If any of those nations were kingdoms then they would have the rule of all within their realm but none of them did that.

And since America is at the time that people know of the entire world and what nations are in it then if America was a kingdom she would rule the world for that would be the realm in which all would obey her rules but she does not.

America does not rule the world, and Russia, and Germany did not, or even their realm back years ago before people knew of the world and all that it entailed.

But the Roman Empire did and is a kingdom after she took it from Greece.

These are kingdoms so they are more then a mere nation.

These 4 kingdoms were different from each other which are the 4 ways of people.

Human religion, physical cruelty in war, human wisdom, pushing for territory, world domination.

Although all 4 kingdoms went by the 4 ways, 1 of those ways was the chief mode of operation with the other 3 in a minor mode of operation whatever the ratio was.

Dan 7:4 The first was like a lion, and had eagle's wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and a man's heart was given to it.

The first is like a lion, Babylon which represents human religion, the occult.

It had eagle's wings because it had the revelation of God which king Nebuchadnezzar proclaimed the God of Israel as the greatest of the gods, and said if any person says anything amiss about Him they would be cut in pieces, and their house made a dunghill.

The king's son blew it and the eagle's wings were plucked and then Babylon was known as the kingdom of man.

Which in Daniel 5 the kingdom was given to the Medes and Persians which Daniel interpreted that from a writing on the wall given by God, for the king's son knew what his father believed and went against it and took the vessels out of the temple of the LORD and raised other gods.

Dan 7:5 And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear, and it raised up itself on one side, and it had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, Arise, devour much flesh.

The second is Medo-Persia which represents physical cruelty in war which is why it says arise, devour much flesh.

It raised itself up on one side which the Persian influence was more dominant in the union.

Dan 7:6 After this I beheld, and lo another, like a leopard, which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl; the beast had also four heads; and dominion was given to it.

The third is like a leopard, Greece which represents human wisdom.

It had 4 heads and dominion was given to it which when Alexander died his kingdom was split in to 4 sections and a general ruled each section.

Dan 7:7 After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns.
Dan 7:8 I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.

Dan 7:23 Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces.

The fourth is like iron, Roman Empire that represents pushing for territory, world domination.

It was different than the other 3 kingdoms because it was more determined to conquer and rule.

Which 10 horns shall come from them which is in the future the world split in to 10 sections with a leader in each section.

Which they shall devour the whole earth by way of the new age movement belief system that they adapted as their religion, and reality, influencing the world to embrace them.

Which they interpret the Bible, and all religions, according to the occult, and evolution, and people are evolving to be spiritual, and a god, and Jesus evolved to be an ascended master, and there is no personal God, and the New Age Christ is the final teacher and above Jesus.

Which they believe the next evolutionary step of humans is the 5th root race, 6th sub-race, which will be the Europeans.

The New Age Christ, antichrist, will come from the 10 horns which he will be a Caucasian man which the prince to come will come from the people who overthrew Jerusalem which is the Roman Empire.

These are 4 kingdoms and, America, Russia, and Germany were never a kingdom.

Although England by 1920 ruled about 25 percent of the world which they said the sun never sets on England but they still are not part of the 4 kingdoms mentioned here.

And they come in order one after the other which Russia, and Greece, and the Roman Empire did not come after America.

Dan 7:11 I beheld then because of the voice of the great words which the horn spake: I beheld even till the beast was slain, and his body destroyed, and given to the burning flame.
Dan 7:12 As concerning the rest of the beasts, they had their dominion taken away: yet their lives were prolonged for a season and time.

The first 3 beasts will never have physical dominion again but their lives have been prolonged for a time and season which means their ways are still on earth.

The Roman Empire does not lose her dominion until Jesus puts the world down.

All 4 kingdoms ways are still on earth, and they all show up at the beast kingdom.

When Jesus puts the world down then all 4 kingdoms fall which in the vision of the statue all 4 kingdoms do not fall until He hits the 10 toes of the statue which is the same as the 10 horns that are in the future.

This is the kingdom of man in its entirety which there has not been a kingdom like this in the past mainly because they believed in a higher power so they went by what they thought that higher power wanted.

But this kingdom does not believe in a higher power except the God of forces, or the power of nature.

It had 10 horns, the chief mode of operation of the Roman Empire , the physical dominion of the beast kingdom.

It had the mouth of a lion, the chief mode of operation of Babylon, which represents human religion, the occult, and the kingdom of man.

It had the feet of a bear, the chief mode of operation of Medo-Persia, physical cruelty in war to go against all people who oppose them to get rid of them from off the earth.

It was like unto a leopard, the chief mode of operation of Greece, human wisdom.

All 4 chief modes of operation at the beast kingdom with no minor mode of operation.

The kingdom of man in its entirety.

The vision of Daniel 2, and Daniel 7 is the same vision.

Daniel 2:34-34 and 2:44-45 refer to Jesus' first coming. He set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed, nor shall it be left to another people... but it is not a kingdom of this world, as He Himself later stated.

Speaking of legs of iron. The western Roman empire generally accepted is that 476 AD was the fall. The other leg the Eastern Roman Empire or Byzantium fell in 1453.

Daniels visions are all about the same thing John saw

his dream about the four kingdoms in chapter 2 is the same as the vision of the four beasts . Each adds more detail to the understanding John sees one beast with the same appearance but 5 of the beast heads have already reigned and fallen in johns past before 70 ad bit in that time there was the sixth head ruling

daniel saw the beginning of the vision John sees it near the end

New jerusalem is in heaven after this world ends creation will be restored

His kingdom is not of this world. It is in heaven. It will come down to earth at his second coming. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done in earth as it is in heaven.

Just before that happens he’s going to deliver everyone that belongs to him that day of salvation for all creation but damnation for the ones that reject him

He’s not coming to rule this earth but to deliver the souls of his people and utterly destroy it with fire . Later what’s already established in heaven will come to earth Jesus the son of man ruling in a new earth and God the Father ruling in heaven as it was in the beginning but God is both now that Jesus became a man

In the end the son will step off heavens throne the fathers throne into earths and God will rule the new creation upon his throne the earthly part of creation

However, the animals associated with Media-Persia and Greece in the bible are not the bear and leopard. The ram and rough goat represent the kings of Media-Persia and Greece as noted in the Book of Daniel:

Dan 8:20
The ram which thou sawest having two horns are the kings of Media and Persia.

Dan 8:21
And the rough goat is the king of Grecia: and the great horn that is between his eyes is the first king.
